If you've watched charmed the tv show, the utopia is the same idea. Trying to have communism leads to a governemtn controlling everything, trying to make everyone equal. People do different jobs but recieve around the same pay. Property is divided and land. It makes everyone relatively poor. In china they have a different form of communism that embodies captialism. The purest communism, there is no dictatorship and everyone is equal.
