That's not pathetic, bad luck never is. That's just unfortunate. I spent a week there recently to prove\disprove rumors about them dropping onyx tips. I averaged an obby item every 2000 to 5000 tokkul. You're not that unlucky, the drops are just rare. If you want faster drops though, try not to focus only on 149s like most people do, as I get tons more obby drops off the 133s. They drop capes pretty often, compared to other obby items. PS: I never did get any onyx tips :(

Your right, it is entirely unreasonable for people to expect some small return on the time and effort (and probably money) they spent on getting to 90 crafting. You would be amazed at how little getting 90 crafting actually costs. It's about a 93 percent return on your investment per hide.

I find it pathetic that other crafters charge people in order to make their Furies. If you want FREE fury crafting just forum pm me or come in the Tip.It IRC chat and ask for me. I'll trade you a fury for the onyx straight up, completely free of charge. Greedy people these days... only like 2 minutes out of your day :roll:.

They're exactly the same as the random event spirits. It's why they're such horrible experience. Random events give like 1 xp per 40 damage, it's ridiculous. And yes they can drop rune axes.

Pretty sure they've always been nontradable. I remember first day trying to buy a shield off people and everyone said "can't be traded".

They are rare drops from the guards. If you want them fast just go kill Dagganoths on Waterbirth. They drop them like 1 in 20.

I have one myself. Worth every death rune.

Granite legs' picture works but it's being shrunk by the size of the text in the same square, at least for me. Also the stats on the granite legs aren't entirely correct. The defense bonuses are fine but the attack bonuses are as follows: Stab: +0 Slash: +0 Crush: +0 Range: -31 Magic: -18 [pic needs to be spec'd at 42x42]

Yeah I remember someone else doing that everytime they went to KQ. They had like 500 banked, it was ridiculous.

With the sharks you can reach the lvl by wearing cooking gauntlets with 94+ cooking though. what about with a chefs delight Good point, but even with a Chef's Delight you will still probably burn Mantas, considering the min to cook them is 91 and all.

As far as I know only Greaters drop rune larges? Have you killed that many greaters? :o Gratz anyway, cool collection! Nearly every slayer monster which requires over lvl 50 slayer drops rune larges. Most of the 65+ slayer monsters drop them A LOT.

lol I once collected about 50 of those myself, I was planning on dropping them during a drop party to confuse people and creep them out, until I noticed they weren't tradable :(

I don't get it... what do all these numbers mean :oops: Totally random guessing, seeing as how he didn't explain it at all, but the number in red is the Mage Lvl needed to enchant, the numbers in blue are certain runes needed for enchanting (great job actually listing the runes :roll: ) and the final number, in green, is the experience gained from enchanting. I don't even see the point of him making that post, it appears he just copied and pasted it from the knowledge base (x15 for the dragonfire would be next to a picture of an earth rune, etc). Ah, thank you, that makes sense.

Without champ's guild we would have nowhere to fight champions from champion scrolls. I'd have to say the least useful feature is the mouse button one\two toggle. I see absolutely no reason why you would want to right click everything. I have never used it in nearly 4 years lol :\.

Just had a "Eureka!" moment. It makes perfect sense too. They can't make anything better than dragon cause it would make everyone mad, and they can't make a big deal out of anything worse because then people would complain. So, they're gonna make plate and legs that have attack bonuses and strength bonuses. There, my idea wins pl0x.
