Apart from those awsers, I really liked Creedance Clearwater Revised Show and Pearl Jam's one too. Pearl Jam's was more noisy and more crowded and CCR was in a closed building. :D

Does GIMP has Magic Wand or something like it? if so, for this white bg, set the diff for 2-4 and you done. of bot, post the pic here and I remove that for you in a piece of second ^^

I'd say: blend a bit more the render and stroke the text or change the color. :D

All I can say is Ditto. And use some perspective, unless you use it in the rest of the BG.

Its nice, but that red thing ruins it, change that to another colors that fits with blue and black... And use another font.
