Well mine was removed and its neither a glitch nor a private server video. Just a video of me skipping from 122-124 combat.

I recently had a runescape vid of myself removed from youtube. I asked jagex customer support about it and they said they dont encourage users to share their videos and will reserve the right to remove any videos they find. (EDIT: Heres my video that got removed http://www.esnips.com/doc/92db67a0-34fc ... mp-122-124) They also said that any runescape videos you have are for personal use. What gives? They dont think us posting videos of runescape is good for getting more people to play? Has anyone else had their rs videos removed from youtube for copyright infringement? First I wrote to Youtube asking for the name of the company that requested the removal of the video. They told me it was "Jagex Ltd." My video DID NOT show me breaking any rules or abusing any bugs or playing on a private server. It had over 330,000 hits and was quite a popular video of skipping combat levels 122-124. So popular in fact that people would come up to me in the game and ask if i was the one the that youtube video. So you can see why this is slightly annoying. So basically Jagex can remove any runescape videos from youtube whenever they want because it violates their copyright. p.s. if anyone wants to host my video let me know

I think it looks pretty cool. However, its sad that they released it so far from when they released the other dragon parts. Full dragon is so noobish now that nobody really wears it anymore for looks. So adding this helm is like its too little too late and its a really expensive piece of equipment meant to match a not quite complete set of junky old outdated equipment. BTW, the pic about it looking like a chicken=lmfao, it looks exactly the same. I dont know who made that but you rock.

I couldnt have put it better myself. Runescape will stay in the browser where it belongs. And on that note we dont need rs t-shirts or posters or ring tones or mouse pads either. Not for me at least.

Yes! finally! Now I need one more question answered. Is it really the order they were released into the game, or the way they are ordered on your list of skills? So next week you gotta make a prediction based on your idea. then go to TOG again and see which is the new lowest skill to level. Ill be waiting for the results.

Good article. The way I see it is like this: You only have a limited amount of time, if you spend x amount of hours working towards something and then lose it, its as if all those hours are lost too.

Sorry but does anyone really think that 30m 40m or whatever this shield costs is worth it? Sure its the best in the game but so what? Is having this shield vs not having it really going to equal out to the benefit of the money you paid? I think not. Whoever said I was jealous, get a clue. Thinking I cant afford something just because I think it looks like the stupidest elite item jagex has created to date is a pretty noob move. You can feel free to meet me in game, then say whatever you want about me not being able to buy one and being jealous. It was a nice idea and the shield itself is pretty sweet, but the looks are crap and for the rarity, if i found one I would have no problem selling it to someone who thinks +20 defence over current shields and a little extra str bonus is worth that much money. The special, yeah thats nice but you use it in a fight and the stats go down making it junk. Then you get to go back and charge it again. So you cant use it as the best shield in the game AND an offensive weapon. You pretty much have to pick one or the other.

I'm told that if its charged up its not, but I think if you release the charges it becomes tradable? not 100% on that though.

ROFLMAO!!! I seriously hope you are kidding. This shield looks like a pile of dog crap. TBH its the ugliest thing ive ever seen on rs besides the original anti-fire shield. I'd rather the best weapon look like the rubber chicken than have the best shield look like this. Its stupid looking.

I know many many people who have given up wearing the ring of wealth because they are sure that it does nothing significant for the items players actually want for drops and instead just gives a higher frequency of junk or that it does nothing useful at all. Then there are players who never take theirs off and will swear by them. I am the former, but I'd like to know what the majority of people think.

I dont think there are any valid reasons why F2P should have more bank space. The reason F2P is set up the way it is, is because it forcibly shows people that if they want more things, more skills, more weapons, more items, MORE BANK SPACE, then they should join members. Thats the entire purpose of F2P. Arguing for more bank space in F2P is like arguing for more weapons, more quests, more skills. Its not going to happen, thats what members is there for. If you find yourself short on space in F2P, get rid of some stuff or shell out 5 bucks a month. The real tragedy is when the people who ARE paying dont have enough bank space.

When I first started playing, the best item in the game was the addy longsword which could only be obtained by buying it from the sword shop in varrock. It cost around 3k from what I remember and trying to save up 3k just from drops from men and goblins was not easy. I chopped many logs and sold them to the shop for 1gp each on quite a few occasions to finally get my 3k.

For that you would have to understand the attitude at the time. Everyone with a p hat thought they would get permenantly banned for buying one during that time and many people suspected jagex would do a rollback of all information. It would be like today if someone told you of a bug where you could get a d chain drop from every kill of dust devils. Would you actually abuse this bug thinking that jagex wouldnt be able to find out about it and ban you for it? If you were smart you would most likely stay far away and not risk your character getting banned. Thats what people did then. A million party hats did you no good in the black hole.

They offered free membership for life. As far as the bank to bank trading, that was when there were no such thing as notes in the game. They developed notes as soon as RS2 was released so it pretty much defeated the need for bank to bank trading. After all you can transfer 28 bank slots to someone in 1 trade now. Unheard of in RSC.

I have to say this article felt like it made no solid points. To me it came across as the longest ramble I've seen yet in a tip.it article. Sure it was well written, but the use of larger than necessary words gave it a very boring, droning feel to it like the lectures of a monotone professor on a hot day. I would rate this article with a solid "who cares?" Looking forward to a bit more interesting article content in the future.

Keeping both is great, sometimes you just dont need to read through a long paragraph and story, you just want to finish the quest. Other storylines you may be interested in, or maybe some quests are just best helped by showing a picture of a puzzle or a confusing looking area to show where to go. Both is the way to go, that way anybody can use whatever version they want and everyone will be happy.
