This is causing troubles for f2p crafters - u cant make yewellery and sell to alchers anymore. Sapph ammys are 495 on GEX, no way alcers would buy them. same goes for other ammys, even necklaces are out of question now. guess its back to hides then. i used to buy gold bars around 150 ea, never even saw a seller at 200+ on forums. although cut sapphs are 200 ea now, its useless, cause u cant get ridd of saph (ort any other) yewellery. i may be missing something, cause i really lost interest in RS and havent looked around too much, so feel free to enlighten me. Dont believe they did it intentionally, but it sure looks weird. and yes, this is a good point - if no1 buys an item (saph ammy), its price wont change... dang, i hope it isnt so...

oh please, not u too... some people actually care about the community in general, not just their own stupid bank space or such... im not much of a protester in this case, but even i feel bad about good people quiting. on topic - no summoning will never be F2P, and thats a good thing. Not for me, not for other F2p-s, but good for the game.

At last, a month without major updates... two thumbs up for that one. im waiting also to see the shop update, cant really imagine how it will stop bots... has any1 seen a bot mass-buying hammers?? infinite amount of runes or feathers sounds kinda unrealistic... guess we'll wait and see

the so-called player representatives already exists - player mods. offering feedback to Jagex is also one of their objectives. about the updates - cant say they are good or bad really, because im not a member, but... doesnt any1 think that they come too often? think a bit in long term - if we get 2 quests per month, new weapons, armor or other wearables almost every month, what will the game be in a year or 2? already the crossbows and bracelets seem to end up being forgotten... soon there will be a vast amount of items that are... useless. game has to grow and develop, yes, but im a bit worried about the speed and scope of it

heh, i sure am not the right person to post here, but i could not help it... why on earth is 'being muted by a player mod' considered as a major achievement? :shock: oh and u know whats the greatest possible achievement in RS? alching a party hat... :P (no, i havent done this... ) good idea in general though :)

I LOVE Sonata Arctica, my friend told me of a band like them called HIM HIM is great but pretty well known too. i dont know much about Sonata Arctica but i heard 1 song that gave me chills - Shamandalie (sorry if i misspelled). i strongly recommend this to any1. they should get more credit for it, but it seems they are not so unknown after all :) i wonder how well known is Poets of the Fall? There is also a band named Kingdom Come. decades ago they were accused of copying Zep (which they did a bit, i admit), and got hugely underrated, but they sure used to make hell of a good music... sadly, latest albums have been rather pointless.

if u can afford to pay for antivirus, use Kaspersky or NOD if u cant, use AVG if u can use Avast without having to pay for it (pirated), stick with it

whatever u choose, dont use numbers for letters... some1 mentioned name "owned by a" somewhere here. if u add ur level to it, u will get both fun and original name. but guess its taken :P from those u listed, i would choose the last 1

the max amount of players has been around 210k for a long time. good to see that number growing. still, currently there are only some 10 hours in a week, when there are over 200k players online at the same time, and that is at weekends. we all know the reason for that. the rest of the time there are between 40k to 150k players, i think. not enough to add more servers, if it would be up to me... but if during school holidays there would be steadily 150k+ players, then it actually might happen.

GameSpot users have reviewed it, and RS has got 7,1 out of 10 so far. not bad at all. oh and if u are looking for more reviews, just google "runescape reviews" . theres enough reading for days. of course it would be fun to read some in here too :)

very interesting to read this, been a while since i have seen a serious debate on this matter. glad to see no bashing in here. one thing i would like to point out on my behalf - the idea that f2p updates will take time and thus delay p2p updates is inaccurate to say the least. they are not making separate updates for p2p and f2p, they make 1 big update and then limit its range, so to speak. do we, the poor f2p-s, deserve updates is totally another matter. in this case i can easily see the company's point of view - only minimal. and u know what? i am happy with it. only things i miss are the skill capes...

could not agree more also, Kingdom Come album 'Bad Image' and 'Dire Sraits' album Brothers in Arms. oh and 'Voyager' by Mike Oldfield.

some latest anime series are pretty weird... like naruto, kiba, bleach and busou renkin. i do watch them but only because i cant get hold of anything better right now. ghost in the shell is above all series (yes they made movies of it too). fullmetal wasnt too bad either. full lenght movies are the ones that define anime. any1 seen Spirited Away, Moving Castle or Princess Mononoke? Akira, ofcourse, is classic. also Warriors of the Wind. so go watch some movies! :)
