There are a few games I'd like to try & learn some day, risk and go to name two. I don't feel like a real boardgamer when I haven't played those games. Oh and munchkin is a cool game I guess, but it requires a certain mindset and a likeminded group of players, two things that are hardly ever available for me. Monty python fluxx works better. Also, I'd like to watch a miniature wargame in action. It sounds interesting and kinda fun, but I'm not interested in collecting and painting the miniatures and actually learning the rules and the conventions of the community to actually play with the miniatures.

I think I saw something like this the night between 11th and 12th, but it was so fast I can't be sure if it was real. Pretty cool though.

Finished Heavy Rain last week, played 90% of the game in one sitting. The game is Awesome, I'd recommend it to every ps3 owner. I'm going to play it again and make some different decisions and try to get through the parts where I failed first time. All of the four playable characters died lol :mrgreen: It's an awesome game.

I like the new maps.

Just aim in the general direction, head height, and enjoy the headshots. The huntsman hit-boxes are very forgiving.

Your view of runescape is kinda limited to the worse parts. Dungeoneering alone made runescape a much better game than it used to be. Comparing cooking 5 years ago to cooking today isn't worth much discussion. Yes, GE largely removed a part of the interaction between players, but much has been added to compensate, in the form of minigames and community events. The grinding in the mmorpg-genre is a big problem, most of the time the game doesn't feel like a multiplayer game, but instead a singleplayer game with a hiscore. Looking forward to the studio that makes a game where you don't need to play alone to be good enough to play with other people, eg training skills to be able to join a clan. :thumbdown:

I feel that my "identity" is more european than Finnish. Like there isn't much to be bonded to here in Finland other than the nature. The people in Finland are american, the values/ norms of society are more european than finnish by their origin. I wouldn't mind if Finland and Sweden merged into one country, that's how nationalist I am.

The beginning in uncharted 2 is epic. :thumbup:

Watch some youtube spy guide/gameplay videos, helped me get the hang of it. -Ambassador isn't useless. It's good for sniping from a distance and getting out of tight situations. -Disguise in your color when you aren't on the enemy's side. -Save some cloak for escaping And you should remember that the spy is a support class, you aren't supposed to fight on the front lines. Get behind the enemy or die trying. Got tf2 when it came out on mac and nearing 100h total playtime and 30% of achievements unlocked. Sniper, spy and engineer are my favorite classes, scout, demoman and medic are my worst ones. It's a good game.

Funny how they are updating treasure trails every few years and starting the next cycle of monster graphical upgrades with dragons. I'd like to warn uninformed people like I was that you should always add a few people from your dungeoneering team to your notebook or friends list. What happened to me was that I tried to make the symbol @ on my macbook keyboard (after over six months of use I'm still pretty bad with mac's fast-keys). It just happened so that I pressed the 'cmd' button, instead of the 'alt' button (right next to each other), and my browser loaded the yahoo homepage (some preset 'favorite'). Coming back to runescape I couldn't remember any of my team mates' account names, and none of them sent me a pm, so I couldn't rejoin the party. And this was right before we were going to kill the boss and finish the dungeon. I understand this fail was technically my fault, but it also shows a bit of bad designing from jagex: why exactly do we need to know someone's name from our party when we wish to rejoin it? Also I'm not sure if I got any tokens from the dungeon, I'd like someone to confirm that you get tokens for leaving early. The reduced xp was around 50% of what I would've gotten, for clearing over 80% of the dungeon. meh. I've also wondered if they will make the team forming system better. At the moment if you want to play with randoms (w117) you must spam whatever floor you are joining to find people to join your team. I'd have preferred an in-game board where you could place your wish for a team, or some other less tedious system. The rooms where you are assigned a team randomly were an obvious failure.

CLS and rapier differences: longsword has +19 strenght, +30 attack bonus (+any differences in the attack bonuses of other equipment you are wearing) longsword is slightly slower than rapier, what's the ratio; 5 hits of longsword takes same time as 6 rapier hits? It isn't obvious to me which one is better, I'd get both. And the c crossbow too.

How many hours played?

Some questions Is hamas binded by international law and if so, does it follow it? The protesters didn't have a right to pass the blockade and were warned before the attack, right? Was their purpose to just get the help to gaza or to possibly somehow force an end to the blockade? Did Israel truely fear that the ship might have weapons on it or did they just want to keep the outsiders out for the sake of it?

Watched Informant (Matt Damon in it), it wasn't very good.

If the hiscore rank was changed to wins it would only promote stacking even more, degrading the game and the community further. They should've kept the colors and the core design of the castle war armor to keep them distinct from other armors in runescape. The armor was more worth it because it had that unique touch to it, which now sadly is lost. Viewing orbs and new flagholding mechanics are my favorites from this update. Hiscores are cool as well, but they could've implemented it so much better. I would've liked a funorb/ burthorpe games room styled ranking system, that would give you more points if you won a team with a higher ranking than your team and only a few points if you won a much weaker team. It would've shown who has skill without promoting stacking that much, and would've been fairer towards those who have lost tickets during these years: everyone would've started from the same rank.

They've made some other changes to flag holding aswell. If you kill their flagholder on stones their flag is dropped next to the stones on your ground, from where it's easy to pick it up and complete the score. The 103 games Lanthus says I've played is infact the amount of tickets I had in my bank when the update took place. I had a full gold cw set in my house and it didn't count towards my played games.

it says i've only completed 103 games of castlewars when I have over 2100 tickets worth of equipment on me. :mrgreen:

It's a low level bow for low level rangers. The bolts are a pain to collect in masses making it much easier to use traditional bows and crossbows. Does anyone use bone crossbows anymore?

I don't think people would go for 85 mining or 98 smithing just to get rich by making runite items. Slayer drops and clue rewards are much easier sources for low lvl armor and runite items. Racing to lvl 40 or 60 attack when adamant and rune weapons are scarce.. such servers would definitely interest me.

By telling this everyone will be able to find out how many days I've played, but... 40.8k xp/h. More than I thought.

Broad bolts were the obvious choice when they were ~60gp ea, now it's not so obvious. The crystal bow's price always stays the same, so it may become better over the years if inflation continues. I'd be interested to see how much better the chaotic crossbow is compared to old ranged weapons.

clan pking started degrading when run-ins started lasting over 3 hours
