Someone help me with finding this song, don't know the name!
That's why we said describe the film. Seriously, we have nothing to go on. If you expect help, you have to give us something to work with.

Bioshock
Yeah, some people are picking it up at Toys'R'Us for $30, TODAY!

Movie-based games getting a bad rap.
Movie games could be good, but most of the time are made as cheaply as possible. Another argument is why would you want to play something you know the whole story to already, which is my biggest reason for not really caring for them. I really have only played one of them (that I can think of right now), which was a LOTR game on the GC I believe. I thought it was alright.

We are so owned, Rihanna is designing umbrellas!
Hmm, I just found out that Rihanna has a song about an umbrella, which I am guessing most of you knew already. I guess that makes this a little different, but not much. It's still nothing new to complain about, it happens all the time.

Finding out what film/TV show you saw it on would help tremendously. Without knowing that, it's basically just guessing. So lets try and figure out that first, any descriptions of what you were watching, storyline, cast, ect.

Meet your meat
We've all seen the video before because it comes up in every stinking debate about eating meat. It's propaganda, and like Zonorhc said it is very possible the people who made it are the ones who did that to the animals, since they can't film in a real slaughterhouse.

Meet your meat
How nice. Well, it's not nice, it's just the way it is.

Meet your meat
I meet my meat when I help my dad cut out the insides of a deer after he kills it. I've also helped butcher a cow before. Ripped the skin off of a squirrel, cut off the head of a fish. Watched a chicken run around after it's head was cut off, boiled a turtle so the skin would come off. So yeah, I know what I am eating, and what the animals go through. I still will eat meat.

A celebrity selling something for more than similar products of the same quality? I never heard of that before.

Comic Books
That's pretty much how I thought CGC worked, but I didn't know you were supposed to get them redone every 7-10 years. I have the opportunity to buy Uncanny X-Men 137 (end of The Dark Phoenix Saga), if I get it I'll probably get it CGC'd.

The Bourne Ultimatum
I would see the first 2 before seeing this one if I were you. They used the shaky action camera style a bit too much. Still an awesome movie though.

What movie(s) did you last see?
@Daan: Now that is much more understandable :D . I thought Hoffman was great, if Jones is just as good then that would be great. Yeah, it was awesome. I enjoy all of Kubrick's movies though, so my opinion is a little biased. Dark City - Completely awesome, just as good the second time through. Little Miss Sunshine - I liked it a little bit more the second time through, but I still think it is a bit overrated. Once again the beauty pageant scared the hell out of me, it was just weird. Bourne Ultimatum - Just got back from this a few minutes ago. Completely awesome, just like the first two. Although I don't know if it deserves to be #55 on IMDb, it was a great action movie. I do have to add one last thing though: shaky camera is shaaaaaaaaky.

Comic Books
Do you get a lot of comics CGC'd? I haven't tried that yet, but I really haven't had any worth it yet either. If I start getting some of the old Uncanny I probably will get those done. How much does it cost? Well, I know Deadpool is getting his own series again starting in 2008. A friend told me C&D would end at 50, since Cable is dead and everything, but I don't know where he heard it. Marvel has up to 46 on their website, which is coming in October. (There are spoilers about the 52 series in here, so don't read if you don't want to know. Sounds like you know the big part already though, this is all about what is leading up to that) The only DC stuff I have read is 52, so I don't know much at all. His powers are gained by saying "Shazam," which gives him the powers of six Egyptian gods. Super strength, invulnerability, super speed, vast knowledge, some magic, inner strength (courage). He is a ruler of an African country. At an opening of an embassy of his he brought along a criminal who came to his country for emancipation. He then proceeded to tear the man in half, because the man was a criminal, and he did this on live television. Obviously he was a brutal ruler, but as far as I can tell he tried to be a "good guy" also. Then he met a captured woman who was given to him as a present, and fell in love with her (after killing the slavers of course). She changed him to be a more beneficent ruler, less harsh and more caring. Eventually they married. He shared his "shazam" power with her and her brother, and they changed the country for the better. Then someone killed the brother, and then someone killed the wife. He was very, very, very unhappy about this, and decided to kill everyone. And I mean everyone. That was World War III, which only lasted a week. Eventually the heroes of the world stopped him, like they always do. That is only stuff that happened in 52. I'm not sure about anything that happened before that, and there shouldn't be anything happening with him after that. I don't collect DC stuff though so I don't know.

Comic Books
I was going to start getting Cable & Deadpool, but now it is going to end at issue 50. I think it 43 was the last one to come out. So once all of them are out, I'll see if I can find a full run on eBay. I will be collecting the new Deadpool series though. I would like to get the full run of the first Deadpool series also, haven't looked at prices for that yet. Also, issue 44 comes out on the 22nd, which is two Wednesdays from now. I have the new Thor series, which only has two issues out so far. I'd like to have the older one, but it will be a long, long time until I get those. Possibly never, there are a good deal of older comics I would like to get, and they are expensive. My comic book store found a copy of Uncanny X-Men (just known as X-Men then) 94, which is the first one with the second team. $720, it was still really tempting. If I didn't have tuition due this month I might have bought it. I buy variants sometimes, it's kind of random when I decide to and when I don't. I don't but second or third printing variants, and even if I need a back issue and that's all that is available I won't get it.

Comic Books
I heard Runaways was really good, but I haven't had a chance to read them yet. I think I heard Joss Whedon was going to quit doing them though, but Warren Ellis picking them up. I'd be just as happy with that, since he did newuniversal. Although now that I think about it, it might be Astonishing X-Men that that is happening to...

What movie(s) did you last see?
I always saw this movie while looking for The Killing (Stanley Kubrick), never really looked at it though. Might have to check it out... Sunshine - I think it was Harrington who said this was the best movie of 2007 so far. I agree completely. Well, it was just awesome, and I'll leave it at that.

Comic Books
I've been pretty into comic books since a little over a year ago. It kind of sucks, since I put so much money into it I can't buy movies anymore. I mostly just collect fairly recent stuff, but I am working backwards on my Uncanny X-men and X-Men titles. I collect them more for reading than for profit. Here is my collection. It says I have 550, which is almost right, just missing three that aren't on the site yet. I don't have many big issues as of yet, Captain America #25 +variant would probably be the most known, although Fantastic Four 537-539 were the most expensive. Right now my pull list is: Astonishing X-Men Avengers: The Initiative Captain America Fantastic Four Heroes for Hire Mighty Avengers Mystic Arcana (miniseries, halfway done) newuniversal (that's the title, no capitals or a space) New X-Men Punisher War Journal Sub Mariner The Order Thor Uncanny X-Men World War Hulk World War Hulk: Front Line World War Hulk: Gamma Corps World War Hulk: X-Men (all four WWH are miniseries) X-Factor (my favourite series) X-Men X-Men: First Class So every week I get around 5 comics, plus whatever back issues I feel like getting. As you can see they are all Marvel comics, the two series that I have that aren't (52 and Battlestar Galactica) are finished. They are also all in the regular Marvel continuity except for Astonishing, newuniversal, and First Class.

What movie(s) did you last see?
Interesting Dutch review Daan :D . I read it completely (as I do every post in this thread), but I didn't understand a bit of it. My compulsion wouldn't allow me to skip it however  . The Bourne Identity and The Bourne Supremacy - Getting ready to see Ultimatum this weekend, figured I could re-watch these. Really enjoyable movies, and everything is done pretty well in them. The acting is probably the weakest link, but it's more than adequate for action movies. Caffeine - Rated pretty low on IMDb, but it's not any worse than most comedies. Funny, but I don't think I will ever watch it again. Man cheng jin dai huang jin jia - The Curse of the Golden Flower is a good movie, but some of it just well, wasn't. Like other modern movies like it there is a good deal of special effects to make fights look cooler. Some of the fights in this movie were really cool, and others were really lame. I did like the story a good deal. Proof - Gwyneth Paltrow, Anthony Hopkins, and Jake Gyllenhaal are reason enough for me to watch this. On top of that, it is a movie about a Mathematician. So yeah, I really liked this movie. Paltrow's acting I usually find to be a little sub-par, but she did very well in this one. Closer - Natalie Portman is a stripper. Yep, the movie was good enough just for that. Downside was it wasn't quite as hot as I thought it would be. Still, she was a stripper. Yeah, I guess I could talk about the rest of the movie, but why bother after hearing that? Far from Heaven - All the actors/actresses were trying way, way to hard to pull of the 50s feel. In the end, it made it seem that much more fake. If it wasn't for that it would have been an OK movie, but I would still have been pretty bored. Not my type.
