Cannibal Holocaust - Not nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be. The part when humans are killed wasn't shown nearly clearly enough to be considered sick or discusting. The only time they really showed any butchering was with the turtle. That wasn't bad at all, I've seen animals butchered before. I grew up on a farm, so nothing dealing with animals in this movie was anything different. The only thing that was sick were the rape scenes. Oh yeah, I really enjoyed the soundtrack. I don't know, just something about it really was good with the movie.

That reminds me... I actually do like one pie. Chicken pot pie.

I was dissapointed after I watched Bruce Almighty the second time. It seemed like it should have been a lot funnier than it was. The only thing I really enjoyed was seeing Steve Carell in it, the first time I watched it I had no idea who he was. That's why I am thinking this new one might be OK.

I work in a grave yard as the grave digger, and I've only seen someone play music once. Besides for the military funerals, they play that one song on the trumpet. Half the time the trumpet isn't real, it just has a speaker in it and someone holds it up and acts like they are playing. Last week they just brought along a portable cd-player and played it. The one time there was music was a funeral for a Shriner. There was a band there and everything. Which really pissed me off, since everyone started drinking, so we had to tell them to leave.

I work 40 hours a week. Sometimes I work overtime, not often. I am taking 9 credit hours of school. 12 credit hours is considered a full-time student. 15 is normal for a full-time student. So I don't take as many credit hours of school as a lot. Last semester I worked a part time job also, for 10 hours a week. That's a total of 50 hours working a week, sometimes I would work overtime. I was also taking 12 credit hours of school, so I was a full time student, had a full time job, and a part time job. Transit time stayed about the same, 2 hours a day, since my part time job was close. I didn't make an error, you just didn't read it right.

Ahh yes, the good old 3D jigsaw puzzles. I always enjoyed those. The bad thing about them is with the bigger structures they aren't very strong. Also the picture will start peeling off of the foam pretty easily. They aren't as durable as normal jigsaw puzzles, but just as fun.

I work full time. I also go to school, only have 9 credit hours compared to the normal 12-15 that is considered full-time student. Both my school and my work are half an hour away, so that is 2 hours commuting every day. I have no problems fitting everything in now. It was much worse last year when I also had a part time job 10 hours a week, and took 12 credit hours at school. That was tough, but still not impossible.

The Departed - I'm going to have to say my favourite Scorsese film so far. I was kind of wondering why it was so high on the IMDb list, but it definently belongs there. Awesome movie. EDIT: 2 more :P The Great Dictator - Of the three Charles Chaplin films I've seen, this one was my least favourite. I thought that was kind of odd, since this isn't silent. I guess his sort of humour is best in silent films. American Movie - A documentary about a filmmaker trying to make a movie. I guess as far as documentaries go it is ok. Kept me interested.

Heh, when Ghost was doing that at first I thought everyone was just going along with the joke, I thought everyone knew he was a he. Made it pretty funny after I realized a lot of the people weren't joking.

Not to mention there are two other pictures that go with it, one in which they are the same and the other with the Dark beating the Light.

It comes out this Friday here in the US. I really want to see it, but no theatres around here are playing it. It's only going to be shown in 800 theatres over the US, a lot less than normal. The only site I got results from said the closest theatre playing it was in Michigan, 236 miles away :o .

Instead of paying the media to put commercials on TV, just make a commercial crazy enough that people on the internet will distribute it themselves and tell other people to watch it. Viral marketing is definently one of the smartest ideas in advertising lately. Anyways, yes, that commercial is very screwed up.

The Apartment - A good Billy Wilder movie. A romantic-comedy, with Jack Lemmon as the lead character again (just like in Some Like it Hot). Pretty funny at times, kind of frusterating at times, but that is how it was supposed to be. The first half of the movie I was just kind of waiting for it to get over, it was good, just I thought I had enough. The second half went very very quickly, had me pretty immersed in it. Definently recommended.

Probably should be in the M&M forum. I don't do horror movies too much, but I will suggest a classic: The Shining. The Stanley Kubrick version of course.

The Big Sleep - Humphrey Bogart in a Film-Noir. We had this formula with The Maltese Falcon also, and it worked just as well here as it did there. Murder, women, black-mail, and a few good twists makes it a pretty good movie. I was happy with it.

Heh, I didn't make it, got it off fark. All the data is true, someone just added that too it. So it's relevant, and funny. That's what makes it so awesome. :D

No kidding.. Some people I've talked to irl have been talking about the extra sleep they'll get but I really don't understand their logic. I'm still going to go to bed at midnight and get up at 7:30 (same as I always do). Could anyone show me where that extra time is? You got extra sleep last night. If you went to bed at midnight, and woke up at 7:30, you would have slept 8.5 hours. Tonight when you go to bed at midnight and wake at 7:30 you will get 7.5 hours of sleep. Just like every other day of the year, except when Daylight savings starts again. That night when you go to bed at midnight and wake at 7:30 you will only have slept 6.5 hours.

For the whole "addictivness" argument. Still doesn't change my mind, no one has a right to tell me what I can or can't do to myself.

The Exorcism of Emily Rose - Horror movies aren't my thing. I didn't really care for it.

I'm glad my computer figures it out for me, I just change everything to what it says. It has actually been a lot less complicated this year, I live in Indiana which is one of the only places that didn't do Daylight Savings time. I think Indiana, Hawaii, and Arizona never used to change time. This year we did though. It didn't matter much to me, all the other years I still changed time since the whole family works in Cincinnati.

None should be illegal. Hard or soft.
