  1. I believe that's where you land after you fail the fishing trawler thing.
  2. Once I know the stats, I'm going to sell my dragon chain and legs. ....Thus dragon drops in price. :? Honestly who cares about dragon? That's the same bullcrap reasoning that made Jagex make barrows degradable. Next thing you know Jagex will make this one degradable too since it's 'old' :?
  3. Some guy on RSOF says that third age warrior armor has a strength bonus on the helm (+3), plate(+5), legs(+4), and shield(+4), and is stronger than dragon (slightly). If anyone has any of those items yet, please post the stats to confirm this assertion.
  4. According to someone on the RSOF the red blessed coif has the same bonus as a robin, and slightly better stats. So there are now two items with the 'best' bonus, so it should draw some of the demand from the ranger set.
  5. No, they don't crash the economy The only thing they do is influence the prices of other tt items. Like robins and ranger boots, they will now be harder to obtain because of greater variety among the items. That's what happened to them after the first tt update.
  6. Lol wow these new 'put on this' clues sure are weird. Watch, thery'll be one that says, put on dragon chain, legs, and red phat, get skulled, and do a skill cape emote in the mage bank. And BTW, a level 230 ememy with a dds appears right when the animation starts  Nah, not really, but I wouldn't be surprised if they made one where it was really risky. Anyone know if there are actually any useful items in this, rather than just 'for fun' or 'for looks'?
  7. How much money you make all depends on how much ess you get for your money. But the important thing is that we have an alternate supply - even if the Miscalanians charge like 100 ea for one ess, it would keep the prices on ess from rising.
  8. Manage your kingdom is far from crap, at least after they updated the rate in which the materials were gathered. After about 15 days and a bout a million spent, I had 4K maples, 6K coal, and a ton of birds nests and valuable seeds (like magic, yew, and other tree seeds). I EASILY broke even; probally about 500k-1 mil profit if I ever get around to selling the coal.
  9. When it is a single message saying "Not Ranked" this usually means that that person dosen't exist. Seperate "Not Ranked' messages on all of them just mean the person you have looked up is a noob with no skills in the highscores
  10. Let's face it. Pure essence dosen't work. All it does is generate money for Jagex by making autoers pay to gather the exceedingly valuable essence that members need so much. But Jagex have been especiallly stubborn on this issue, so I have another solution besides recalling it. It's simple: Make a new quest in the Miscelania storyline, and during this quest your character discovers an essence mine; and afterwards you can set your people to work on mining pure essences. This in my opinion pretty much solves the dilema of members not wanting to waste their time mining essence; because this way they don't have to, they can pay NPCs to do it for them. So, discuss; do you think this would help to solve the problems pure essence has created?
  11. Nat crafting. I have about 59K p ess in my bank to do ATM  Sold to me by an autoer for 110 ea. I know he was an autoer, he was level 3, and right when I came he was trading with another level 3 with a similar name. I love those auoters, only things keeping merchants from driving the prices up to 200 ea :notalk:
  12. I rather like Attack 5 (KBD music). I don't listen to it that often, but I think it is cool. Definatly beats KQ music  Chef's Surprise is also very cool sounding. None that I listen to all the time, I usually have music off to keep distraction level down.
  13. I'm already 88 fletch. But I have tried magics, and it is very hard to buy up a decent number of logs, especially for 1k ea. People usually sell them for 1.1k ea in bulk
  14. I don't know if they deserve to be flamed, but they definatly deserve it when some PKer comes along and owns them. I mean, they think they can just get by with killing defenceless people, and don't expect a REAL fight... and when one comes along they aren't that well prepared :) And BTW, if you run into a lot of RC PKers, try RCing in W9. Lots of PKers in that world, but not many of them will attack you; and the few idiots that do aren't there for long. I went 15k ess without a serious attempt on my head; by that I mean a mage trying to entange/ice me, I don't count rangers and meleers (the non hybrid ones) because there is no possible way they could ever kill me except if I lost connection all of the sudden.
  15. Use world 9. In this world there are a lot of PKers around edgeville; most of these won't try to attack you, and the ones that do abyss PK there are usually very soon the targets of other PKers - because as many say, abyss PKers are usually the ones with less-than-adequite PKing skills. Don't worry much about people who have melee or ranged gear on with their respective weapons, as these you can just run away from to the dark mage, and have him teleport you into the abyss. Mages are more of a problem because they can use spells to stop your movement, or prevent you from teleporting. For this reason it is reccomened that you bring a once click inventory based teleport, like an ectovial, or a teletablet if you don't have an ectovial, so you can quickly escape if they bind/ice you. If they teleblock you first you usually have enough time to run to the mage; fortunatly, that dosen't count as a 'teleport'. And you can logout and log back in to dispell the teleport block spell so you can get back to edgeville.
  16. Best way for good ratio to speed/money: Have a bunch of noted oak logs, a saw, hammer, and a fat stack of cash in your inventory. Use the noted logs with your demon butler (he is required for this ) and tell him to swap 24 of them at the bank for logs. Then after he gets back with the logs send him to the sawmill to plane those logs, and when he comes back with the planks send him back to the bank to unnote some more logs, and while he's gone build and destroy 3 oak larders; and when he gets back send him to the sawmill again. This method costs ~8 Gp per xp. There are cheaper ways but they are MUCH slower. Don't bother buying the oaks as planks because it is actually more expensive to do this than to just pay the extra butler fees and sawmill fees.
  17. I got 16.1. Question, what about someone like Zzzamorak that has level 3 and 1200 total? They have a ratio of like 400:1 :?
  18. Just out of curiosity... has anyone actually tried crafting laws with the RC cape on and their level at 100? that could be the double lvl if not. And, great argument Uular. Based on this, I'm definatly not using FFL. I would have made a lot more money in the extra time I spent at abyss than the time and money wasted at FFL to get to the same level, and then to make it back and match what the abyss would have made me. Yeah FFL is great if you're rich and you want the levels fast but not if you're in 91 RC for the money.
  19. Pfft. If you don't like the skill don't train it. There are the people who like it and the people who don't. If you're one of the latter, again, JUST DON'T TRAIN IT! If you're one of those who has to have his skill total up, then as a skiller you should be willing to accept that challenge, even if it isn't somthing you like. Why train firemaking? For fun, as is the case with this skill.
  20. PKing is perfectly OK, as it is part of the game. And it's not bad money if you know what you're doing; you can get quite a few ahrims, dhoraks, whips, and other PKs if you have the skills and are smart. (although mind you I don't PK). But killing others simply for the sake of pleasure is WRONG. If you gain nothing out of something other than frustrating other people, why do it? Do you like being irritating to others? If you do you have something seriously wrong with you. And as far as abyss PKing... that's like a starving lion going after a rodent. Pretty pathetic. The lion probably won't catch the little thing, and will waste his energy (and his dignity!) trying.
  21. Umm... I sure hope you mean screenshots from every angle... because that's really all you need
  22. You actually make more money off bodies then vembraces? In that case, I'll do that instead. I want to get my magic up, but it isn't one of my biggest priorities. I'm not, and probally will never be, a pker. I'm too afraid of taking risks  And yes I know about the irit growing thing, I actually have 160 seeds. But I don't like farming, that's why I'm using trees instead of allotment crops; because they require much less attention. And I'm sure all my trees will grow to maturity, I mean, how hard is it to gather 25 baskets of oranges compared to getting the money for the actual seeds?
  23. level 3 clue - Around level 85 dragon drop - Never had one to this day  million gp - I think level 75 d left half - Again, never
  24. It I nolifed it, it might take 3-4 months. But I'm not planning on doing that. I'll work on it mabye half of the time I play and use the rest of the time to train free skills, like combat, agility, and theiving (well, almost free on the theiving, i need food for pyramid plunder).
