A hunting story....
Well, between 45-50 hunting I was sharing the east half of the enclosure with venom0169 in W99 at the falconry thing, and for some reason about every five minutes he said 'lol' like somthing was funny... had no idea what the heck he was going on about :-k I asked him what was funny and he said 'lol'..... (true story... no, i'm serious...) That's about all I have.

Whats Your Best Drop Streak?
Karils top, Torags Legs, Veracs Brassard, and Ahrims Top within 25 trips. For regular monster drops, 5 half keys within like 30 of those minator-like things for the Fairy Tale Pt II quest. (the ones you get the claws from). I assume it was because they have very few different drops; and since gems is one of them so is half keys :)

what was the very last f2p quest you did
Dragon slayer. Was level 49, and everyone started 'lol'ing when I entered with my rune chain, legs, and longsword, saying I wasn't going to make it. I proved them wrong  (was back in RSC when the dragon was level 110). Well, actually, Rune Mysteries was technically the LAST one I did, but that one is insignificant IMO.

views on farming?
Was that a joke or were you serioius? :? Farming is my second least favorite skill - least favorite being smithing. I only level it once in a blue moon, and with tears of guthix, it being my lowest level skill at 56. Only reason I favor it over smithing is because it has a wide variety of useful things, although mind numbingly boring. I use it occasionally when I need kwuarms and limpwurt roots for super strength potions. Farming herbs definatly beats buying or killing for them. Smithing on the other hand is completely unprofitable. Used to be, but now the price of the bars to make stuff = about the price of the item made, in a lot of cases, less. Never train it unless a quest (devioius minds) forces me to.

Poll: Boss Monster Battle [over]
I think if KBD hit his max fire breath enough times he would have a good chance of winning against any of them. He might have a bit of trouble on the KQ, but I think he would win. If the Dag Kings were team though, they'd own. Although he DID say the duel arena, and the duel arena is 1v1 only. As for the mole... he wouldn't stand a shadow of a chance against any of them  And yeah, you forgot the chaos elemental. Not that he'd win though.

The low Agility epidemic...
Agility is a very useful skill, which is why I have a decent level in it. It provides all kinds of neat shortcuts, and most importantly, it recharges your run faster. I find myself VERY VERY annoyed when I get on oen of my noob pures and it takes forever to recharge run, because I'm so used to it going up a percent every few seconds. Before RS2 though, I didn't train it at ALL, except where it was required by a quest.

whats the rarest item which isn't a rare???
Obviously, the gold castlewars platebody. It is by FAR the hardest item in the game to obtain. 800 tickets = at the very minimum 10,000 minutes of game time (assuming you make every game and you always pick the winning team, which is nothing short of inconceivable). That's 166.6 hours of play. The least time that you could obtain the plate in is 10.46 days, and that's assuming you have ABSOLUTLY no life (16 hrs/day). To be more reasonable, it would almost certainly take 15k+ minutes, and no doubt you, the average player would limit yourself to 6 hours a day, or 10 if you're like n0valyfe or others that play way too much. At 6 hrs a day that would take 41 days and at 10, 25 days. An item like the Expert Dragon Archer chompy hat, however, would take only around 40 hours (that's my average killing rate, about 100/hour). So looking at the logic, the gold castlewars plate HAS to be the rarest non-discontinued item in the game.

Cool Usernames 680+ replies and 24k+ views
'Haha you noob' - That one cracked me up. But the guy acted like a complete noob. Kind of ironic :-k

Firemakings point?
It used to have a point  The closest range to the bank was like 20 steps, and some people didn't want to walk that far so they burned a maple log and cooked their food right inside the bank. (yeah some banks don't let you light fires in them but fishing guild one does). But ever since they released the rogues den, I have never used firemaking  (except for total levels that is)

Player-Made 'Lookin' Good Guide' (Mix and Match here)
Ok, this is the best outfit I could possibly put together with my quest cape and hood. I hope you like it.

13/11/06 - Player gallery and more Bank space
I was hoping hunting this week, but oh well. Guess I'll have another week to speculate and fill my bank with items that might or might not have anything to do with the skill :anxious: I really wish Jagex would at least tell us what existing items will be used. Y'know, give us an opportunity to prepare ourselves. BTW favorite artwork is Miles and me hands down. Definatly shows how pathetic it is to have to interrupt fighting a fire breathing dragon to tell a [developmentally delayed] what somthing is (I mean if he dosn't know that's a fish his IQ has to be like 40). Also glad Jagex decided to change the pouch warning thing back. Was a little sick of the whining.

O M G! (cut banana with a dagger)
Wow, I never knew that, seriously. Does this work with all fruit? BTW I tried it out with a variety of weapons and it seems only weapons with slash work, like... the dd++. Kind of dangerous cutting fruit up with that methinks. And no, it dosen't work with fletching. That would be nice, though.

New trading center
It WAS in RSC, and was quite busy too. As was the falador east bank, which was back then right next to the enterance to Falador. I've never heard of the old Draynor market being revided, sounds interesting.

Haven't a clue if this has been posted yet, but here are the bare minimum requirements to have done all quests (mind you you can use stew for all of them (not sure if you can super pot up to meet def and str reqs), and conversely some you might want a higher level in due to difficultly, such as when agility is needed). How many bird's eggs do you have?
I have one, a red one. Btw guys, if you want to find more eggs, don't woodcut, put a heap of cash into the miscelania treasury and put it 100% woodcutting and 50% of whatever else (herbs, coal, whatever you want). In the hundreds of nests you get you're bound to get a few eggs, and perhaps some spirit/magic seeds. It's good profit, seriously. Last time I did it I broke even just with the seeds...

What God staff did u choose
Yeah, back in my 'noobier' days I used to like Zamorak alot. My chapel has zamorak stuff in it, and the only spell I have is Zamroak. I don't really care about the gods that much anymore because Jagex hasn't released anything remotely interesting pertaining to them recently, so GP is my god right now :

Does anyone buy flatpacked construction items?
No, I have never bought a flatpack. I think having the level to build things is much better (i'm 72 construction). Although if I ever run out of room in my costume room I may pay the RSOF a visit to buy one of those high end wardrobes or cape racks. I don't plan to get my con up anytime soon.

Runecrafting Update - Problem with Pouches
BTW guys, you really should consider using world 9 to RC. Although there are MANY MANY Pkers in that world, almost none try to kill RCers. I've had a few attack me, but usually when I get back they're gone. One time I came back and I saw the RC PKer who previously attacked me being KOd and the guy who did it said w00t whip :D! I almost peed myself laughing. It's a fact: Real PKers and Abyss PKers don't mix.

Never Seen the Runecraft Emotion? - Here it is for you.
Hardest skill actually... and cool emote! No, it's just potentially the most expensive. Slayer is by far the hardest :notalk: Anyway cool emote, definatly the best quality animation I've seen of it... besides ingame, of course. Saw some guy with a white phat doing it when capes came out, looked much cooler because the phat really embraces the wealth of the 99 rcer :P

Player-Made Equipment: Needs Attention?
Yeah, it's pretty much dead. Rune items flow like a river into the game through level 3 clues (i have like 8 rune sets just from that) and monster drops, therefore the prices of rune items is = or even lower than the price of the rune bars needed to make it. I used to train smith back in the day of RSC, but I have lost all motivation to train it now. There's no point other than to get the quest cape (eg, 61-63 smithing for devious minds). And yeah, I definatly think that the rune bowstaffs should be implimented and STAY player-make only so smithing actually has a use.

Cannons or no cannons?
The difference is that they actually had cannons back in medivel times. I don't know about rapid fire ones ( ) but still. They didn't have rifles, bayonets and such until way later, thus why Jagex refuses to implement those. I personally think it would be better off if they weren't in the game. Yes they are a convenicene for rich players, but that dosen't change my opinion :P

Runecrafting Update - Problem with Pouches
Ok, that kind of sucks, but you know what? How about avoid getting pkd in the first place? I've crafted so many runes (around 40k) without even coming close to needing to drop my pouches, so I'm fine. Besides, it's not that hard to get your pouches back. I can get them in 20 minutes tops. This dosen't lower the effectiveness of RCing all that much, really.

New Quest Puzzle Solution (spoiler) and balloon teleports
Definatly worth getting my quest cape back  And I grab any ammount of farming xp I can take from a quest and tears of guthix. I hate farming, but I really want to get it to 60 so I can have all 60+ skills. Besides the xp the outfit looks kind of neat.

What is....the mystery potion...
I thought it was used in a quest? Heros I believe it was, for making the oil that you use to make the oily fishing rod, for fishing the lava eel. Correct me if I'm wrong. But I'm almost sure it had some use in a quest.
