  1. Hmm... I dunno... probally the 23 noted oak logs I have in my bank
  2. This only saves like a few seconds. A few seconds means a lot when you are crafting nats or somthing, because you've got to do the same thing over and over and those seconds add up, but travel time matters little when you're just going somewhere that you're going to stay in for hours.
  3. I think there is enough stuff to farm. What I think they should do is make seeds actually BUYABLE from NPCs. It's ludicrously stupid that you can only get seeds from theiving and NPC drops  EDIT: Posted before you added the list. Yeah, mahogany and teak trees would make sense.
  4. Are you that big of a fool? Check the buglist on runescape.com under quests, this bug is listed. "The new skirt reward armour for Slug Menace is currently classed as a free object, this was not intended and will be changed with the next update.". You can trade them to F2Pers. Can you tell me the directions to get to the buglist? On the frontpage under the heading "Knowledge Base", the last option is "Report a Bug/Fault". Then choose "Quests" as to report a quest related bug, and it will show you all of the bugs related to quests that have been reported and put on their list. You'll find this bug listed there (it's the only one, actually).

No problem : , but just remember, don't go calling people attention-wh***s. You never know when you'll make a mistake like this and that comment making you look even stupider than the mistake would have. :shame:
  6. It's fun picking on helpless people only 2 seconds from freedom? Fun is attacking other PKers, or the rune miners that actually have items of worth and are willing to fight back. The guy with the bronze pick is not ready to fight. Yeah, they find it fun. It's a bit of a challenge to kill someone in that situation, so why wouldn't it be? People PK RCers for the same reason others ancient in CastleWars. But you never call the latter noobs, even though they are loosing scores of gps without hope of gain. But yes, I do hate their godawful flaming. That's why anti-abyss pking is fun; because a lot of abyss pkers are 12 year olds that throw around words like "NOOOOOOB!!", "PWNZORIZED!!1one!", and then "omg!" When someone with a lil' more than a bronze pick comes and trounces them. OFF TOPIC... Im 12, I use proper English, (well most of the time) & I don't say PWNZORIZED!!1one!...lol ON TOPIC... I never use abyss, but I do use wilderness for the chaos alter, damn I hate those PKers... Mabye not, but most RC PKers use words similar to that - and i have even had them throw a few offensive words at me, Eg.: "Lol u f-ing noob!" Ok... yeah, i've never heard them go "PWNZORIZED", that was an exxageration of the truth, but they do say stuff like 'pwned!!!!!' ... even when their victims are completely helpless
  7. I guess I'm not the only one who thought the Col. Jake O'Nial thing was a blatant stargate reference. I thought for a second it could just be a cooincidence, but then I thought a milisecond later "wait... there is no colonel rank in organizations like the Temple Knights with ranks of initiate, prosolyte, acolyte, ect... he's retired... likes fishing... sea slugs are oddly similar to the Goauld (or however you spell it)... yep, Stargate reference".
  8. I'd say it is pure luck. I'd rather stick to what has been stated as an actual increaser of good drops than somthing completely theoretical. Because generally theoretical things in RuneScape turn out to be nothing more than speculation based on inconclusive results. If tons of us start getting dragon drops lots more frequently with the RoC, than I might be tempted to try it, but not until then.

  10. How about: keep it. If you're like me and come back to RS after quitting, you'll be thankful you did. Very thankful. Because you'll have possibly tens of millions more.
  11. If anything, I feel more abused at high level than I did at a low level. At low level, everything is fine. Everyone ignored me, and I'd continue to level peacefully. I'll occasionally get a 'noob' comment on my low level pures now and then, but nothing major. But at high level, I get tons of lower levels begging me, calling me a no lifer, spam trading me and flaming when I don't accept, following me asking to be my friend/girlfriend... ect. RuneScape became 5x more frustrating when I hit level 100.
  12. Hi, everyone, after a few months away from RuneScape, I have decided to come back and... level my character more. It's irresistable. Almost like Jagex put sea slugs in all of our heads. :ohnoes: Anyway, I'm starting a blog of my very own so everyone can see how far along I am with regards to my goals. Current Goal: Level 60+ in all stats. Truthfully, this goal is mostly done, except for a few skills that I find extermely hard to train. Skill 1: Smithing. This one I'm taking beyond 60, to 65, so I can finally say I have completed every quest in RuneScape. This one I won't be actively doing at the moment; I'm leaving 3m in the Miscelania treasury at 100% approval for 30 days, 10 guys on mining and 5 on woodcutting. After that's done, I'm going to be smelting and smithing 5k steel bars into steel arrowheads, then making them into arrows so I can persue ranging a bit later. Level Pics: None Yet Skill 2: FARMING. This one is a huge drag. To train it effectively you have to empty your pockets like there's no tommorow. I still have quite a few strawberry, limpwurt, and irit seeds left over, so I guess I'll be using those. And quite possibly the tree seeds I'll get from the nests the kingdom collects, as I doubt I'll have 60 farming in a month. It bores me. Level Pics: None Yet Skill 3: Herblore. Will probally be the first skill I get done with. Since I will be growing irits and collecting unids from chaos druids, and also growing limps, I'll have enough herbs and secondaries for 60 pretty fast. I'll be keeping ranarrs, irits, and kwuarms and making them into prayer, super attack, and super strength potions for the level. All other unids I gather I'll be selling for more kwuarms and/or irits. Ranarrs are too expensive to buy. Level Pics: None Yet After I get two of these to 60 and the next to 59 within a few hundred xp, I'll probally be having a party in which I use a genie lamp to pass the threashold. 60+ in all skills is quite an achievement, in my eyes. After 60+ I'll also be going for 70+, but that won't be my primary concern for a while.
  13. Good reward, especially for those who like to kill metal dragons, but it had a sucky ending. Teleporting away like a noob... how lame. I could have taken her. Level 200? Yeah, I could have taken her. Magic/Melee? Bring it on. I just hate those dumb cutscenes in which you have no control over your character, and can make no decisions as to what to do. It's like the character isn't even yours. -.-
  14. I know of a better glitch. It involves sitting down whilst fighting monsters. It is rather cool. I'll leave you to figure out how to do it : Don't know if they have fixed the above stated glitch yet, as I haven't tried it in about a week. Doubtful since the game hasn't been udated in two weeks, and usually bugfixes are stacked with releases, unless the glitch is serious enough, like the durial incedent.
  15. That would be terrible. If that happened, I'd stick to combat and ignore all other skills. I'd pretty much wear my combat outfit 24/7 and fill the row with stuff like food, and a few nescicary pots. Then after I got what I wanted in combat I'd sell my entire outfit and move onto another skill. Or I'd quit. That'd be easier. Some skills would be absolutly impossible to train if you could only use one row. Mabye you should say... 3 or 4 rows or somthing. That would be more reasonable.
  16. It really isn't that uncommon. Since Jagex is to inefficent to stop autoers, there are many, many autoers at the willows in Lumbridge cutting willows and selling them to the gen store 24/7 until they get 60 wc and join the crowd of cheats at the yews. And in p2p, you'll often see general stores crowded with hundreds of k of oak and willow longbow (u)s. I've seen 370k willow longbows at the catherby general store last time the game went without an update for 2 weeks. In Al Karid general store, you'll often find tens of thousands, sometimes hundreds of thousands of hard leather bodies, coifs, leather chaps ect. Bows aren't usually made by autoers, though, usually those are from the many new members making their first steps in the fletching skill.
  17. Peronix, level 104, 88 att 83 str 77 def 76 range 76 mage 65 pray, 133 IQ... slow reflexes. Never was good at multitasking or making split-second desicions. Last time I tried I made several critical errors like letting my prayer run out, and getting too close to the 360s. Didn't even make it close to Mr. Jad. He would have 0wnz0r3d me.
  18. Expansion = An add-on to the game that gives a few more features, places to go, and things to do. Full Version = The full game you purchase after having tried a trial. Full versions usually have MANY, MANY more features than the trail. So I'd say it is a full version. Mabye when members first came out it was more of an expansion, but they have updated members so much since then the members game is like 5x bigger than free.
  19. The chances of that are astronomically low. Around the same as winning the lottery, or getting struck by lighting multiple times in the same storm... or getting 4 items from the barrows chest  But if that actually did happen, he has got some good luck. I've killed around 2k of them in the past with no luck. Not really surprised as I've never seen a shiny red piece of metal laying in front of me after a kill, but as I was training to 65 slayer I hoped to change that -.-
  20. Remember when everything looked like THIS: Man that was scary :
  21. Exactly what I would do. Lets just say, I've seen too many people come back to runescape months after thinking they were quitting forever, and they have nothing, not a single gp. Exactly what I did. I sold all my stuff and bought a disk, now I come back 4 months later and I am 9M richer \
  22. Here's mine. Couple of fixes needed to it, but I'm too lazy to go get more materials. Sucks that there is no salvaging materials.
  23. Hmm, I didn't think anyone could actually enjoy farming, kind of boring IMO. But that's great that some people like it : Anyway, forgot to post what I like in the original post, so anyway here goes. My favorite is fishing. I love being able to train a skill and watch movies on my other screen while I do it. Definatly takes the edge off the monotony. Second favorite is fletching, beacuse while cutting the yews I can do other things (I dread stringing, although that goes faster). Then after I make the bows I can alch them using mousekeys (so my wrist dosen't hurt from holding the mouse and the cursor stays in the same place) and again, do other things. Third favorite is combat since I can AFK (well, kind of, in this case it's more like my attention is 90% somewhere else) at bandits and again, do other things on that nifty second screen.
  24. That's helpful, but it would still be easier just to use a house telly tablet, recharge your prayer there, then use the khyrll portal to canfis bank and withdraw your pre-caught and cooked fish. But that IS a nice spot to catch and cook your sharks - not many noobs there to bug you. Though I still can't catch/cook sharks :-w
