Usually adrenaline junkies don't play computer games, they go jump off buildings, towers, cliffs, jump out of planes, bike down a shear cliff (Whistler is the place to go :P ) or, as you said go racing (many others I left out, make some up :) .) I just don't think it's fair how people judge people sometimes.

Being 16 myself I'd agree with most of what Durial said. Myself, knowing the consequences beforehand would probably not do the same as he did. I can understand how if he knew he'd get banned he'd want to go d a huge fight and gain the notariaty that he has/is/will recieve for The Falador Massacre. I believe that some of the fault has to be lain on Jagex's shoulders because of inadequate testing. All in all, Durial has recieved infamousy and imortality in the Runescape record books. Congratulations from me go out to him because he has joined the ranks of Xx Jut Xx and many others.

Best was a Guth spear & med chest. (FYI, I've got 4 spears so far) COOLEST (as valor would say...) would be in 3 consecutive trips I got Dharoks legs, Guthan spear and Guthan skirt.

I think the 2 most posted topics in General p2p are ones on Karma and people complaining about the "Cabbage" community both imo we can do without. I haven't ever died without being teleblocked. I do belive it could be possible if there's some cb 70 mage pure and a lvl 65-70 rcer. I don't have a beef with abyss pkaers, as long as they don't brag about it. Once I died and the fruitcake had the nerve to message me saying "Killed you, you noob!" and then he offered to sell me back my glory. Heck no, i'm not buying from a jerk. I have found a very good way to avoid being killed if attacked, Constantyl try to tely with the mage of zammy until you get away from there snare and go to the air alter and die if you are about to. Then from fally, run to a bank grab an air tally and go get your stuff back. Has worked for me 4/5 times I've tried it. First time I forgot my tally :-\ As for my inventory: Boots of Lightness Bronze Pickaxe Amulet of Glory Ring of Dueling (Sometimes ring of life) S, M, and LG pouches 25 ess Ectophial or Lletya cyrstal (only on busy hours) I find my inventory/set-up works good for me because I run the whole time, drinking super energies when I get to bank. I found running with the black dhide armour and shields and all that jazz was a waste of my run energy.

I think praying gets a bad rap because of people praying when it's 1 on 1, someone starts losing so they pull out prayer. Same with the 10 on 1 when one of the 10 uses it. I think it's fine in some instances like using strength/attack/defence boosting prayers because alot more people can use it and that's really what I'm after, hitting more and higher.

I think this is a good idea. Best idea's I've heard so far are the duel arena, castle wars or the games room. Number one for me would be the duel arena. I swear, once I hit 90 mage it's all alching til 99 for me :P

Uh oh... conflicting stories. I don't have a problem with rs couples as long as I dont get involved with it lol. If I know the person irl (which I doubt with an extremely strong passion as all the girls I know don't play computer games.) Then it'd be a little awkward for some reasons. I think this would be a pretty good topic if everyone lets it be so and refrains from spamming and flaming.

I can make... 400k an hour rcing 0-15m an hour barrowing (Seriously, 4 drops in 3 trips with 1 spear and 1 guth helm and a chest with 2 brassy's) -100k-300k merchanting... I really wish I could make some more, but at the moment with only a green partyhat, I'm focusing on barrows until I can afford 2 purples or a yellow and a purple or even more preferably a green and a yellow.

Perhaps my funniest and oddest was last night. I wasn't paying attention as I was egtting someone to id some dwarves I had. I wasn't paying much attention to a little newb that had followed me I guess. So after the guy was done id-ing for me I turned chat off of hide and I saw the little guy say: I laughed so hard and so long at that, sure a little immature but who else can make a connection there? That's so funny. He must have been talking about one of his skills is my only reasonable conclusion. :shock:

When I first started I tried to get "Pleasure" But that was taken so I tried "Jim", then "Jimmy" then I had to go with "jimmyd17" although since then I've had some good ones I made, forgot most of their pw's but I had "herb__guy", "konajackshi" (<--Biking related), 3p0int0 (my lvl 3 pure, which I think I have remebered the pw too) and (one of my fav's) da____vinci. Don't think I've seen any deliberate copies of "Jimmyd17" although many names were similiar.

I didn't read it all because it's always the same. I agree with the first post about merchanting being a skill, but not in the traditional sense. It's more of a different dimension to the game. How can anyone say that merchants don't enjoy themselves? That's just pathetic and very narrow-minded. Some people prefer different things than you do. For example (hate bringing real-life examples into a computer game discussion :x ) professions. Me, I want to be a dentist. My brother is in an apprenticeship to be in residential construction. How can anyone say that we have chosen the wrong profession to go into, that I should be a carpenter or that my brother should be a dentist? They simply can't so what makes it right to say that merchanting is bad, but skilling is fine and the right choice to make? Apperently some of you have a reason, doubt it's very valid but whatever, eh? There is no one way to go through life, same goes for the game. As long as someone enjoys themselves then that's the way it's suposed to be.
