  1. 1) Playable musical instrument 2) Telescope, a la Wise Old Man of Draynor. (Mebbe even some'a that neato armor) 3) A Magic 8-Ball 4) NPC generator: A device that randomly generates killable NPCs from levels 3-26 with names like warrior98432, O0O00111OO00, or zezfortehwin238. 5) A gigantic button that says "PRESS IN CASE OF LACK OF LIFE" that logs me off.
  2. This, I think, touches on the nucleus of the problem. Think how much more anticipation and, dare I say, satisfaction would be felt for each week's update if it was tied into a greater storyline- or even just dropped a few spicy tidbits. That was why, despite my recent internet problems, I enjoyed this week's 15kB/s special [update] moreso than many of the past few- it had an enticing plot. Quest storylines are the thing that excites me the most about quests, above rewards, above battles, above puzzles. They are where the true skill of the Jagex development team shines through. And seriously, if there's not an eastern lands update soon... I think I'm gonna have a hernia.
  3. Ghouls ftw? I think so. I never would have thought to train there, but after Champion scrolls came out, I spent some hours there myself. At 95-100 combat-ish, I could get about 47k per hour, without pots.
  4. Congratulations on finally getting your own signature... and congratulations on your achievement. I know 70 range or defense were big ones for me.
  5. Take note, I did even less than he did: My reward: 7000 xp 2. What levels were your quest related skills, total (approx) and qp after quest ? Mining 66 Crafting 57 Magic 76 Firemaking 59 Prayer 60 Total 1392 Qp 194 3. Did you open (during quest) all 8 doors on temple bottom level? NO 4. Did you opened (during quest) all 4 exits? NO 5. Did you buried (during quest) all 5 bigbones from the first boneguard? YES 6. What head you chose to make? Icthlarin I'd like to submit a new question: What magic spells/food did you use to get past the smoke/shadow/blood/ice locks? I used wave spells and a cake.
  6. Haha, talking to my mom on the phone, and reading this, and I almost completely lost my train of thought due to laughter of the mind. Teleport to Camelot: Accio Seers' Village!
  7. Yes, they can, but just the basic strike/bolt/blast/wave elemental spells.
  8. There's one I took of myself in the caves. I give you my word that's an actual screenshot.
  9. I'd recommend - and even moreso if you're exploring members' Karamja - an antipoison potion added to that emergency tele. Remember, emergency tele's are not necessarily new to nonmembers, but they've never experienced poison before.
  10. Challenge scrolls are in treasure trails. what u all are talking about is a champions scroll not challenge False; They're clue scrolls, not challenge scrolls. Rabblerabblerabble... When you do a clue scroll, sometimes you get a challenge, like a trivia question or a math problem. That is a challenge scroll. The reason for the confusion is that the scroll in question, a Champion's Scroll, is a scroll dropped by the champion of a race that issues a challenge. And to answer Jesse's question as to whether it's blown over, I think, for the most part, it has. I know that I, for one, still diligently attack the races that drop champion scrolls, but to little avail, as I've only ever gotten one. There's either a pattern I'm not picking up on, or the rarity is absurd. For that reason, I believe many have given up.
  11. Another disadvantage of B2P is that, while it does heal 8... it only heals 8. Even wearing barrows armor with defense 80, I sometimes have to scramble to maintain a full invo of bones if dust devils hit a lucky streak.
  12. Rammstein makes my heart burn. I'd listen to Goldfinger, Less than Jake, RBF... yeah.
  13. Since my RS lifelong goal has been something along the lines of getting brutally beaten by a frenetic free-for-all of fighters... alliteratively... I'll try and be there. ;)
  14. New Spell = Endless camping at a) Dustdevils B) Dagganoths c) Basilisks d) Bloodvelds
  15. Probably around level 3, cause it got me 10 prayer xp. Two-ish years, about 3 bazillion genies later (Rare random? Pfft no.), and I've used every one on prayer. Probably netted about 15k exp from genies.
  16. Okay, thats the second "Kah Bah Gee" reference for caggabe, so I'm missing something. I am disturbed that I don't know what you guys are talking about. Where does this "Kah Bah Gee" reference come from? Ca-bba-ge. Dig?
  17. Look in the waterfall dungeon, you'll see him again. It was probably one of the necromancer's random summons.
  18. Not sure if telling you those spots would help you... not at level 53. But... I can tell you my favorite spot to train when I was new to members, and only about level 50 or 60- Elementals in the Elemental workshop. I took preference to earth elementals, as they seemed to hit the least. Regardless of which you choose, you'll get plenty of runes and good exp.
  19. Rockshell plate & legs, Legends' cape, black headband, Toktz-Ket-Xil, and a whip. I wish there were some kind of sword that really looked good with that combo, but... there's not.
  20. A couple tips that will make your times inside the alchemy rooms and telekinese rooms, respectively, quite a bit easier: Alchemists' Playground Pattern: This is key to getting alchemy pizzaz points quickly. Take note the order of the list. The order of the items in the cabinets proceeds as thus: Empty, empty, empty, leather boots, adamant kiteshield, adamant helm, emerald, rune longsword. (Note that the last 5 items are in the order that they appear on the list at the top-right corner of your screen.) The starting order of the items can change, but knowing just one or two of the locations can let you easily pinpoint the others. Once you know the locations, depending on how fast you reach your cabinet of choice, alch 6-10 items, then prepare for the pattern to change. Keep your eye on the alchemy guardian, so you have a heads-up when it's about to change. As long as you stay with that pattern (it might take a round or two to catch on), you'll be getting either 30 gp or a free alch every time. Telekinetic Theatre Just a simple tip, but take note that you don't have to be directly in line with the guardian statue to get it to move in a direction. You merely have to be on the side of the maze in which direction you want it to move (e.g. you want it to move left, get on the left side of the maze) for your telekinetic grab to move it. That should save you some running and time, at least.
  21. Sounds like fun, and I've been wanting to try bones to peaches out somewhere good. A nature and water dropper that hits low and drops well sounds like just the place.
  22. Here's another piccy. Too bad I took none while the war was taking place... but really, who thinks about screenshots when you can pile Nathanich instead?
  23. Edit: Just kidding, a meat pie isn't new...
