  1. 99 attack on 1/22/2010 few days later... Still broke as hell but made around over 10m getting 83-85 slayer in the past few days, even with needless PvP deaths, buying cballs and prayer potions. I love summoning =D It took me roughly 6 hours camping Abyssal Demons to get this: Rate/Hate/Appreciate?
  2. I've killed under 100 of them and I got an abby head. I believe they are on a different drop wheel than regular drops but I'm not entirely sure.
  3. Looking to make a bit of cash with combat instead of skilling and came to 3 choices. Camp Abyssal Demons for a whip drop. Can camp indefinetly as long as Guthan's last. Solo Tormented Demons for Claw drop. Not quite sure, haven't done it alot. Solo Bandos for any drop. Can only do around 1-3 per trip. I have all Barrows armor, Whip, rune defender, skill cape, normal prayers. Stats: 99 att 86 str 85 def 85 range 94 mage 70 prayer 70 summon 94 hp Any recommendations?
  4. They're overstepping their boundaries? How, and who's set these so called "boundaries"? Again, I say, you're on their property. You threatening to end your own life isn't something they'll ignore. They are a big company, and they are human. It's humans nature to react and respond to things like this - you should be thankful they do. People do end up ending their own lives because others didn't understand the help they were so desperately crying out for. If they're honestly crying out for help on an online game, hoping to get some help, they are waaay far off. I find all of this hilarious. Good fight bro. Edit: Tenses
  5. I'm amazing he was muted within a half hour.....Jagex was never that fast when I played. Hell, it took them over 6 months to mute me once. As for the cops, they're overstepping their boundaries and I doubt they would have any legal obligations. People joke about that stuff all the time, its not a big deal.
  6. Looking for a Skilling/Monster/Slayer Clan. I do not have any interest in PvP clans at this time. RSN: Soulthresher Combat: 122 Total: 1902 Old RS2 Product coming back into play, I have no idea what the clan scene is nowadays.
  7. It would help if we knew your friends' stats and inventory as well ;) With those stats and the two of you, you should do fine for a few kills. Remember to bring a restore(or super), a super anti-poison and a few prayer potions if you plan to protect from mage or melee. Use a poisoned dagger and spec' him when he spawns. Alternatively, you could switch the rune for proselyte and pray against magic or bring hides and pray against melee. Make sure you surround him so he spends more time turning than he would attacking. ALWAYS bring a one click teleport in case you run into trouble.
  8. I just bought 5 morphic axes and the charge drains too fast for me to use efficiently. I can see some one using a morphic needle or butterfly net but not an axe. Thread closed  EDIT: One load of Maples reduced my axe's charge to 66%
  9. Show me this altar before you make assumptions :shame: Its a damn piece of rock sticking up from the ground. It's probably something trivial and irrelevant to any recent or upcoming updates. They might be testing the graphic engines or whatever.
  10. For pure woodcutting experience, which one is better in the long run? I have a Dragon axe and I have around 100 Stealing Creation points to use. I have no intention on recharging my Stealing Creation armor for a while so that just leaves unused points. Looking to train from 80-85.
  11. No, I'm quite sure it had me stopping, or else with the recent update making the room EVEN SMALLER ( :wall: :wall: :wall: ), her attacks have a longer reach and manage to hit me 3 times everytime I take a sip of a potion.
  12. New runetek5 update makes it impossible to solo Saradomin GWs :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: or are you supposed to stop when you drink a potion??
  13. I might try it but I really don't know now. Bounty Hunter is a gross facade of old style wildy, except with a damn timer >.> Might be interesting by a main does offer more opportunities to pk, skill, etc.
  14. We must have very different PKing strategies ;) I usually solo at Edge and I've grossed 1.5m one day of pking skimmies and 2hers with a pure lvl 50-ish. I hate teams, so boring :shame:
  15. I haven't played RS in over a year, and haven't played it consistently in nearly 2 years. With all these new PKing updates, is it worth even trying to train/pk on a f2p pure? I enjoy it but the way the drop system works on f2p, as well as the new splurge of 1 itemers and trash drops, it seems its all risk and no reward. When I used to pk with my pures, it was back in the old Wildy. No revs, no ditch, no pvp worlds, no bounty hunter. None of that junk, just good old fashioned Wildy Pking. I tried the new PvP system and even at 100% EP, bountied target, risking upwards to 1m on f2p and 83 combat, PKing a rune set only nets a few of the items, and maybe a 3rd age carafe. The risk vs reward factor doesn't seem to be equal to me. I haven't pked much with the new system, so I might just be ignorant of the probable rewards available on f2p. My conclusion is that either A) I haven't fully explored the system, so I could (and most likely be) wrong as far as F2P goes or B) It's purely fun now, with no way of being profitable unless you are extremely lucky. Also, if I do start Pking on my f2p pure, I might start doing blogs, videos and such. I really liked Monkey933's, Mackey14's, Hiei's, Dutch's, etc. videos, blogs and such. They were the ones that sparked my interest in PKing and pures back in '04 and '05. I looked into P2P training for a f2p pure, seeing how rock crabs and experiments seem to have died once Pest Control came out and now Soul Wars (PC noobs on crack, wtf?!), it seems you can engage in any or no combat at all in order to get experience.
  16. I see the new PvP worlds can be manipulated for some good cash, well done. Some good kills in there, never was able to do much in Bounty hunter, was always teamed but that happens when you solo :wall: I hear all the cool kids crop their pictures nowadays, I guess you're not cool then :|
  17. Pjing being fun is like having fun watching the paraplegic kid fall down the stairs  (They took the good rolleyes :wall: ) But if its that easy to get that cash, I have a 94 old style range pure who would wipe the floor with 90% of those guys out there using your method..... Oh well, to each their own and at the end of the day, you're the kid with the extra cash in their bank.
  18. Standing outside doesn't make them unaggressive. I stood outside for 15-20 minutes and they're still aggressive. They FINALLY become unaggressive when I sat in there killing them for another 15-20 minutes. Either Jagex changed something or one of us is at fault here. :wall:
  19. Where exactly are all of these "hot zones". Are they any good for training for the average 'Scaper? If you're just one-hitting guards with your AGS in Varrock for an hour, waiting for that easy KO, its not really Pking :wall: I don't know, but the fact that you don't get all of your opponents items upon death just seems ridiculous to me. I haven't gotten to test it out before, but this just seems like Varrock Wildy to me. However, this is much better than Bounty Hunter, I may actually be able to resurrect my old school pure to solo some hot zones.
  20. Corporal Beast  Thanks for the info.
  21. I haven't played in 2-3 months now and I have no idea whats with all these new updates. Whats the Corporal beast? The wraith, spirit shield, holy elixer??? And anything else remotely relevant or usefull to know. Thank you.
  22. I guess if you're bored, poor, and you like kitties, this would work very well. Its a good way for low levels with alot of patience to get their very own fury. Uniqueness and intelligence gives this guide a 10/10. Practicality 0/10
  23. Lol, that sounds slightly silly. Risk V Reward is brilliant. Risk V Nothing is a little... pointless? Jagex doesn't have a good track record on PvP  so this is not surprising. Summoning in PvP has no reward right now. You can't use it in BH but you can be teamed by atleast 4 people(Yes, I've had it happen before). Yet again, Jagex isn't good at PvP. I'd honestly like to see a PvP+Summoning minigame with some incentive to play besides the short-lived thrill. Summoning, to me atleast, just assists in every day activities of Runescape. They help alot at higher levels, well worth the investment in my opinion.
  24. Of course it is worth it. In the long run, you will save so much time on dust devil tasks, you could have made money to pay for those runs 2 fold  Ear muffs are only for banshees, so the mask is pointless. Salve amulet (e). Noseplug is only for spectres, so, yet again, the mask is pointless. Salve amulet (e). Spiny helm and black mask combo is awesome. Its really good if you use the slayer tower shortcuts so you don't have to bring a noseplug running past those nasty spectres! Plus, it looks cool and shows your ability as a slayer to work through tasks.
