  1. I would love to see the Elysian pk 0,o
  2. Impressive sir but I do not see how it adds up to 90m...Unless I am missing something? EDIT: The second picture wasn't uploaded yet... Pked Claws+gs+ahrims+karils+vhelm+zerker ring?
  3. Personally, I profit from just about every task I take and I always use super sets/piety 100% of the time. If you're new to members, it'll give you a good sense of the world around you as well as some neat drops and more fun so you're not grinding away at cows for days on end. I find enjoyment tackling task after task all over Runescape. If I get bored of Slayer, which I usually never do, I go do a quest or two, skill, etc. Variety is the spice of life so I would suggest slayer but this is my personal opinion.
  4. Step One: Read Graph Axes Step Two: Discover UTC ±XX of said axes (in this case UTC+0) Step Three: Discover UTC ±XX of EST Step Four: Subtract or add the difference to the times provided by the axes Step Five: ????????????? Step Six: PROFIT. Sigh...my eyesight fails me. I missed the UTC and am unfamiliar with the specific timezone it is located in but easily manageable thanks to the internet. Also, fixed it for ya.
  5. I figured their alch values were fairly low. Similar to whips vs mystic tops. My mistake. 6 minute just proves the point lol
  6. You can get Bandos, full setup and KC within 10 minutes if you're smart. So a 15 minute grave is more than enough time to get your stuff unless you face power outtage/divine intervention/etc... I came across a blessed grave @ Bandos last night while soloing and I was in there long enough for it to crumble and gain a few measly prayer potions...the fact that it was blessed and there was still loot under it shows that players are taking advantage of the free blessing and not even bothering to loot the graves. I even had a chance at a possible free arcane/spectre spirit shield when I accidentally dropped a lvl 138 at Tormented Demons. (He must have just ate an overload and I lured a demon to my spot and it attacked him  ). Without even thinking of the possible gains I immediately blessed his grave and just sat there for a minute thinking damn....I could have made a killing >.> There's still danger of course but 12-15 minutes is enough time to salvage your gear at most places. Hell...even 5 was good enough to save me millions before due to dumb mistakes. Don't do dangerous activities with those you don't trust, its not that big of a deal. Think pre-07 when people did just that
  7. I'm more interested in the specific time the graph is at it's lowest, EST.
  8. I don't know about you guys but I do bank on blue dragon tasks and piety the whole task without needing prayer potions and using a BoB  Only increases task time by roughly 10 minutes or so while increasing profits a lot. Any who... There is no way Jagex would make them stackable. Ordinary ashes are not stackable neither are any sort of bones. I can see them upgrading the prayer necklaces from dungeoneering to include the ashes and hopefully upgrade the bonecrusher to use them as well...hopefully. I could see the ashes converting to 4, 20, and 50 prayer xp respectively so it won't be super dramatic but an extra 50*200= 10,000 prayer xp per abby task wouldn't be too bad...or x4 for 40,000. Unless my numbers are wrong here. Ectofunctus was cool back in the day and hopefully the tokens increase your cool lvl :shades:
  9. When I read these players making billions overnight and casually complaining about it, I feel like I am doing something wrong by trying to gain Geepees the old fashion way :( That, or I'm just dumb by not investing my meager cashpile into an item and hope it goes up...6yrs+ and only 1.5m in bank :(
  10. Since FUN is the only reason I play RS, I DIY a lot. To hell with efficiency. I never bought logs, food, potions or herbs, I all got them myself. Except for 10 rocktails I needed to finish the Falador task. Slayer is a DIY version for all kinds of combat, I like it a lot as its lessens the grinding for melee, ranged and magic. I used the kindom for fish to cook, herbs for herblore, coal for smithing, logs for fletching/firemaking. I have crafted 99% of all the runes I used myself or got them from monster drops. When I got 100 wires from the mime court case, I raised my crafting levels to the level needed to make goblin light bulbs, and placed 100 of them for 105k firemaking xp, thieving high level chests as I was searching Dorgesh'kaan for broken lamps. I had fun while doing it, but could have gotten more money/xp in the same time grinding. On the other hand, total DIY, however possible, would get you nowhere anytime soon, especially at lower levels. Therefore, I bought gold ores as I hate mining, buy seconds to train summoning, buy seeds to farm my herbs and buy weapons and armour as it would take too long to get them as monster drop. I buy planks to train construction and use the grand exchance to get items fast when I need them. Touche but I don't consider DIY 50k maples for 99 firemaking fun or grinding to collect 10k dagannoth hides, seconds etc, fun either :P At least, not in one go.
  11. Its not the prices that are necessarily wrong its the players who feel the need to offer cheap/useless items for ridiculous prices and expect to buy expensive items for cheap. Once the morons figure out they cannot get a party hat for 1gp and sell their adamant platelegs for 120m, it'll die down. I hope.
  12. At some point in time, you will have had to DIY but not on such a large scale. I never buy food and have never done it in my entire Runescape career thanks to my obsession with fishing. But to actually acquire all the logs, flax, runes, etc. to get 99 fletch, 96 mage, etc. would have taken a tremendously long time and I would have probably quit more often than I have now. A DIY character may be fun in the future for just that, fun. I couldn't imagine trying to create a character into pro-status with just DIY...insane...
  13. If it is a 1 def/1 pray pure you cannot use the handcannon because you have to complete the quest to be able to wield it iirc. Also, wouldn't the accumulator's ability be useless in the duel arena? I thought your ammunition was picked up after every duel and returned to you? Unless you're welfare staking with a short supply of ammo...
  14. God Jagex must be pissed when months have 31 days...all that potential revenue lost! GASP!
  15. The new Revenant dungeon isn't that dangerous...just pay attention and you'll be fine albeit the Revs still manage to hit hard at times <_< Pkers aren't dangerous there...most of them are garbage. A group of 10 or so rushed in and couldn't even touch me and this other player...perhaps they aren't used to the new wilderness..
  16. Hello Tip.It, I am an older player looking to learn new tricks for Barrows. Currently I am using the salamander trick and camping barrows for cash. I heard there are faster methods out there that yield greater chests/hr than this method. Right now I am flat out broke, 50kish in bank, and am doing Barrows for some spare cash and am unaware of the better methods. I was unable to find a guide that listed out a newer method but I may have missed it. I have every barrow set, ancient magicks, whip, fury, and almost all quests done but I do not have access to extremes or chaotics. The rest of my stats are in my signature. Also, would a handcannon be a viable range weapon at tormented demons at 90 range or would a rune crossbow be more efficient? Thanks in advance.
  17. I am slightly disappointed to see the responses to OP's suggestions as an affront to player's personal freedom. Tip.It has never been the frilly, nilly RS fansite such as RuneHQ and RSCommunity but these responses seem a tad bit aggressive. Anywho... OP's suggestion isn't such a bad idea after all. A friendlier community of more helpful, nicer players. Even if the player community is young, brash, and arrogant, the older, more mature players can make a good example just by being a little kinder to our fellow 'Scapers. It's always worth a shot, eh? Whats could you possibly lose?
  18. No. Now what you trust me, can I borrow your party hat so I can take a picture with it?
  19. I would assume a player with half-decent gear would be intelligent enough to invest in a proper gravestone...lets say a 6-minute Angel of Death. I have died a number of times since gravestones have been introduced and not once have I been unable to obtain my gear that was in a common 'Scaping area. To randomly die in a boss hunting mass, you're either uninformed, unskilled, or unlucky. This is where the risk v reward comes in at. You risk a lot to be rewarded a lot. It is just a part of the game. Back in the day, you'd die and you'd never have a chance to reclaim your gear. Be grateful there is a system for that now. This is Runescape, not Noobscape. Lets use some common sense people. (I just wanted to say that although it holds little relevancy  )
  20. Pro-Tip: Don't die. Frankly, I'd keep the items myself. I'll bless my friends', teammates', and nice guys' graves but everyone else is fair game. Albeit if it was a newb, I will not waste the inventory space looting their grave and they shall receive my blessing.
  21. Ok...I've been out for a long while...what is this GE limit on the number of items you could purchase?
  22. How can you not smite your enemies in the re-release of the wildy? Maybe I missed a point in there somewhere...can someone link me to the specific place where it states that SMITE does not work in PvP anymore? Also, if you're being smiten/ss and you know you will die and possibly lose your valuable 1 item...the smart thing to do would be chug prayer potions and die anyways...keep your item and save time.
  23. If I remember correctly...the prices went up with the introduction of family heralds in Construction (not soo much) and when piety was introduced...Blessing graves further increased the prices and turmoil made pray more plausible because then you weren't a prayer noob  Besides, pkin' green dragon hunters is rather profitless....
  24. I'm going to boost my ego and self esteem by pking naked players then flame, insult and commit general jackassery so I feel like a l33t pk3r again.
