Gone for a bit... Best training for 97-99 magic??
Nothing has changed magic wise so you're still good to go.

Slayer: Tasks to Perma-block
I only block Warped Terrorbirds; its the only task I see worth blocking. I can get some nice melee experience off mostly anything else with 99 attack.

How to become a White Knight?
There is a lot of them in Taverly Dungeon in the lower right. You could try Elites but if you're just looking to become a full fledged White Knight, just do it quick and get if over with.

bubai
Real life is 100% PvP, its more your style anyways. Ugh, I still get my butt handed to me by pures :( Nice stats, nice wealth

Need help with PKing
Not to be a rent-a-mod but isn't this the wrong forum? Either way, PKing has evolved to such a state it isn't for the faint of heart anymore. Never bring what you're not prepared to lose. It only takes a split second to lose it all if you're not careful. It's best to get some quick reflexes, a good connection and a bit of luck wouldn't be bad either. Your mage is far too low to be a serious threat to actual PKers....either increase it or don't use it. Your range is far too low to be a serious threat to actual PKers....either increase it or don't use it. There's nothing wrong with your melee stats but when dealing with SW/PC products who have insanely high offensive capabilities for their level, you will be facing a challenge, if not death. That's my opinion of it anyways. I don't pk anymore; used to back in the day where there was a wilderness. The game has changed and I can't adapt :(

Jad...
Rome wasn't built in a day mate..... Ideally, you'll just have to keep trying and trying until you get it right. Make sure you can correctly identify his attacks and act accordingly. Hell, if a lvl 43 can kill Jad, why not you, eh? This is rather hypocritical of me as I've never killed Jad (3 or 4 times, never made it past healers :() Just stay calm and above all else, save yourself rather than get a hit on him. Muggiwhulpar has an AMAZING guide and there are numerous Youtube videos to help you out too. Try to look at it as a goal and not a chore.

Nomad is a good guy?
the only mahjarrat that's physically-weak-but-a-powerful-mage is lucien. other mahjarrat like hazeel and zemouregal are amazingly strong zemouregal for example, wields dual swords swings with such strength and speed that it took all of Arrav's skill to simply block his blows and this in spite of the fact that he uses primarily relies on necromancy lucien on the other hand could barely lift a sword during the godwars. the mahjarrat are a mixed bunch, people think that they're physically weak because lucien is, and he's the best understood mahjarat out there right now. I could have sworn Lucien wasn't as weak as he was before.....I know there is a line somewhere spoken by an ancient character, maybe it was Zemourgal himself, that mentioned something along the lines of Lucien being weakened to his previous state before WGS. It was something along the line of calling him a coward because he was hiding due to his newfound weakness, I can't be sure. I don't ever recall an instance of any mahjarrat being naturally weak without another mahjarrat harming them, or their power being drained due to that weird ritual dealy. Isn't there a database on TIp.It specifically for these guys????

Soloing Armadyl
If your heart is set to solo Armadyl, I'd recommend atleast doing a few more trips in a group to get a better feel of it. I'm sure a bit more experience won't hurt a bit at all. I would honestly recommend getting 90 range before soloing as well; every level counts, even with overloads.

Nomad is a good guy?
A lot of this just seems like pure speculation on the players part. "You have doomed this world" could indicate a number of things. Maybe Nomad was indeed, a good guy who was using the souls to give himself god-like status to the level of Zamorak so he can defeat Lucian, (If I remember correctly, Lucian hasn't ascended yet, has he?) Hell, Nomad could have come from another plane of existence just like the Goblins and Humans. Perhaps he was amassing power to defend Gielenor but who is to say he wouldn't turn right around to enslave it? You really know nothing of Nomad's past (I wasn't able to uncover information during the quest) besides what you can find during the quest. The only thing we do know is that he was getting stronger for some reason, he served under an extremely powerful and resourceful master, and something will involve him in the future. Remember, everyone is justified in their own eyes; good and evil are relative. His motives are unknown but we do know them to be in self preservation. How exactly could he be a mahjarrat? He looks nothing like the ones we've encountered before. Given he has a more buff, tank-like look rather than a Lich persona, I have serious doubts on this. Unless he is one of the few unknown mahjarrats in hiding and Nomad is simply a guise...However, I am still missing Temple of Sennestin quest so my mahjarrat history is a bit behind. This is all pure speculation on everyone's part, even my own. Either way, how the hell are we supposed to defeat a demi-god like Lucian or some morally questionable, paranoid powerhouse like Nomad again without some sort of divine intervention.....:(:(:( Off-Topic: I just prayed melee when he went into his berserker state, he will still hit with his magic attack during this state though, unless somehow he goes through prayer with melee too.

F2P Range Tanks
20-30 defense doesn't make much of a tank.....I would assume with atleast 40 defense for rune, you could do well but the range accuracy is pretty negligible with the speed of a longbow compared to a shortbow against pures....You'd do well against other enemies in armor but I don't see the benefits of a longbow unless you use something to KO. You simply won't hit fast enough, high enough. You should hit consistantly enough though. I haven't see anyone use these sights yet so I can't say for sure.

Papayas
Do papayas have any uses besides for the Restore Special Potion and Super Compost? My herblore level is far too low to use Papayas and I have plenty of Super Compost in my Leprechaun. Unless I'm missing out on a use for these fruit, I do not see a use for them. Am I missing something? EDIT: Question answered. Thread closed.

Why does Jagex get new skills so wrong?
It took you 2 days to get 50 hunter? What a noob; I raised it to lvl 63 the first day it was released and never again  B) In all seriousness I sometimes think Jagex messes up these new updates on purpose just to quickly fix them shortly after to seem more in touch with their player base. Even with all the testing Jagex did with summoning, there were still a few bugs with it. I remember the fatal Falador Massacre back with a Construction glitch....plus the combat ring lures and all that good stuff. To say they always gets new skills wrong seems to be a bit much....although, how often do you get a new skill? No one is forcing you to train the skill nor are there any real requirements for anything else to justify training the skill. I do question Jagex's thought process at times......I'm sure many players do too.

All Skills (except Prayer) 60+!
Gratz brah, an achievement is an achievement in the eyes of the beholder. Keep up the work and go for 50!

Penance Horn
The time it takes to obtain and fully charge an Upgraded Penance Horn to use for firemaking be faster as opposed to just saving the time spent playing Barbarian Assault to burn logs?

Whip Drop Rates
I've camped the Abbyys in the tower for roughly 7-8 hours straight and only got one whip drop from that. I've had 2 Abby tasks which I completed in Kuradel's dungeon and got a whip drop. I would say its just your luck. Slayer monsters seem to have relatively consistent drops as far as their specific drops. Then again, you could go kill Graador once and recieve a hilt against guys who mass there for hours straight, day after day and not recieve a drop. It's all a numbers game.

Pots for every slayer task?
Always use a super set, specifically super attack and strength. Prayers to constant piety/turmoil/whatever. Efficiency.

Unholy Cursebearer
Guess I need to pay attention more, didn't even see that :( Thanks. Questions answered.

Unholy Cursebearer
Apparently the Unholy Cursebearer in Daemonheim has a sort of rotting effect which lowers your stats. I wasn't quite aware of this the first time I fought him and I just recently fought him a second time. Is there anyway to counter act or negate the effect? The first time I fought him I had armor but the second time, there was no possible way to obtain armor so I fought him armorless and only with my weapon. Any ideas?

Complete Slayer Guide
I'm going to have to disagree with you on a few points, such as using barrows chest plates and legs on tasks. With higher melee stats, I prefer to try to maximize offense, more so accuracy than strength, while sacrificing some defense for some raw power. Bandos/Fighter torso for the top and Bandos/Proselyte(peity)/Dragon for the leggings. Using a healing familiar, I've rarely had to use Guthans to heal unless it is a considerably harder task using that setup. Just my two cents though. Overall, it is an excellent guide. There is a lot of information that I was unaware of in there. There's a number of grammatical and information errors (you've misplaced words on a couple of occasions) but to an experienced player, it is easily understood. 9/10

That stupid Chase the Ferret puzzle in Dungeoneering
The OP specifically stated that he's not talking about the fish room. To answer the question, I have no idea. I'm quite sure that it's glitched, actually. It always takes me five minutes to catch the ferret (always by some absurd amount of luck). If you leave the room, you have to catch the ferret again, but if you just chase it around for a couple minutes then spam click the door, it will let you through. Have you tried bind runes? I've been asking everyone to try it, but no one has. I will have to try that next time I encounter that dastardly ferret >.<

That stupid Chase the Ferret puzzle in Dungeoneering
I had a hell of a time doing that as well, it depends on your hunter level. I'm not sure how I did it the first time though, you can try to chase it and catch it that way but if you fail, it will turn around and bite you for a decent amount of damage. I think, if you're lucky, you can stand on one of the holes it warps through and catch it if it comes out. I've only encountered this room twice, the second time I didn't have the hunter req. for it..... Keep trying I guess :S

03-Mar-10 Changes to HP Skill, Shattered Heart, RuneScape Lobby/Login Changes, Success at Smelting Iron
I'm still trying to figure out when exactly Gower and Co. became ignorant [bleep]tards about their own game  Jagex seems to have an excellent track record for unneeded and ridiculous updates....this has got to be at the top with killing the wilderness, trade limits, and the name change crap. Oh look, I can hit 870 now! It's just like I'm playing WoW! Do I get a mount when I hit lvl 40?

Brunokiller's gallery.
Rushing has got to be the most punkass cheap way to get kills but that's how the game has evolved, good job being at the top. Keep doin' what you do, crazy hits 0.o

Yay! No more D Scimmy!
Some of us had to use dragon longs......:\ Gratz on the 99 str, it's painfully slow for me using a D skimmy. Love the slayer.
