Thank you for that. These obelisks will have to be throughout Gilenor(Sp?) so they should be easily accessible, like Prayer altars. However, all of this speculation isn't needed in my opinion. It is going to be released tomorrow (I believe) or next week. The quest for it will explain all that is needed to know about it.

4/10 Overall. You have some decent stats and a good cashpile but not much else.

9/10 Do something about the amulet, it throws the outfit off.

Show me the quote where it said Summoning will be like Prayer in that respect. The way I understood it was that Summoning and Prayer had the same numbers in the combat formula. :-k

They're just speculations. Those are examples of what could be assumed from the Wise Old Man's words. If you believe it should be taken literally, then :D . Maybe others believe differently. If you can't wear chainmail under your platebody then why would you be able to wear two skill capes at once :-k Jagex is just yanking your chain. One theory is that new skillcapes will be created to show 2 skills instead of one. Not literally wearing 2 capes at once. Well that makes more sense. However, not every Postbag from the Hedge is a sneak preview or hint at new updates.

Looks like the discussion was won by the 5th post but almost no one saw. Jagex makes their updates vague enough to get your excited and for them to have the ability to work with it so it makes sense.
