I dont think its low.. Anyways, i can say that you should raise farming, mining, smithing and herblore, as they are pretty easy skills. And also fm and fletching would bring your total up pretty fast

i think full rune is 170k ish nowadays, and id suggest you to mine 1700 iron and sell it to buy it. It's easy and helps you with your mining goal :wink:

Well, you get about 50k exp per day with mining coal (which is 1k coal per day) So.. its about 10k exp per hour with coal in f2p (guild)
