Survival's good for Zombie Genocidest. :P

Any noticing any differences between the in-game stats and the Steam Community stats? For some reason, some of my gold and silver times are still being displayed as my first try times (bronze), but it shows up proper in game in the leaderboards. On the servers though it shows different now and again. HELP! O.O

So the other night I was messing around on single player, and was in the Hospital level for No Mercy. I hear the Witch crying and I'm like, "Crap where is she?" So I check slowly around the rooms, but nothing. Meanwhile the bots and I were fending off a rather large horde and the Witch kept growling every time we shot around a certain area, but I couldn't find where she was to avoid the shooting. >.< Then I decided to be stupid, stepped into a dark area (flashlight off of course) where the bathroom is on the second floor looking for supplies despite the Witch's crying, opened the door and there was the Witch right in my face growling. :shock: Shut the door fast and ran like hell before she got up. :lol:

You'll get the occasional "open the door and HOLY !" if you happen to see a Witch/Tank/Huge Horde right in front of you, but it's not gonna make you wet/crap your pants. :P

dude i know what ya mean, it is way easier to get killed From my understanding, the zombies are set to normal difficulty. The fact they spawn so quickly is what makes it hard. So if you're able to take down a horde pretty quickly and then switch to auto shotgun or rifle, you can take down the tank at fairly lose range before it even hurts you. :? Four full clips of auto shotgun can take down any tank pretty easy. Just don't get too cocky and run up too close to the Tank unless you want a huge fist in your face. Aside from Survival, has anyone tried Dead Air on Versus yet? It seems that in the Greenhouse level, you can pull someone off from the left side of where you need to go across planks to the next building. If you try jumping across and the Smoker pulls you off, you're stuck dangling above the alley way with no way to be rescued even if your teammates kill the Smoker. :wall: It seems the raised edges of the building across don't catch you at all while being pulled while in other areas if you pull someone off a high edge that isn't survivable they usually stick and not fall off completely. Don't know if that made any sense, but yea... They may need to fix that. :?

From what I heard, it appears if the server has sv_cheats on, the achievements still apply on survival mode. Hopefully that's fixed. :|

:lol: I'm sorry but the last one made me laugh out loud. I used to have one of those tiny pianos as a kid too. I just tried to listen to "Starlight" (the music in the Ice Caves) and got sleepy from it. :? Some of the newer stuff has been okay like "The Art of Hocus-Pocus" and "Cavernous Mythology" (although this one reminded me of Zelda, music and quest itself LOL). "Fanfare" and "Parade" make my eyes twitch in annoyance. :oops:

Thread's gone completely haywire. Stop spamming. And to the OP, please make sure you post a bit more coherently next time. It would help, especially if you need some sort of advice on an issue.

Don't call the entire population of F2P "noob" just because you had some bad encounters with the immature people. Doesn't matter if you're F2P or P2P. It only states whether or not you are paying for extra features in the game. The more people go "F2P is noob" or "P2P is noob," the more hatred it'll perpetuate between the general populations and the more immaturity it shows for those saying such. You have immature and mature people. Don't go putting F2P and P2P as characteristics for those things respectively. And for the people who keep saying or thinking high level F2Pers should go P2P because they're wasting their character's potential: back off (trust me, I would've said something MUCH stronger but that would be inappropriate for the boards). It's their character, let them play how they want to play. You have your own characters. Train them and go to P2P yourself if you can and want. Seriously. You people make me angry! OT: One difference I've observed is that compared to some of my P2P friends, I'm pretty conscious about my bank space. Even if I have one or two spaces free, I insist on trying to make more room, while those one or two spaces are like a god-send for my friends. :P Not saying that applies to everyone though. Just something I've noticed. F2P is also simpler... Not so many potions, weapons, and amour combinations to deal with. Just hearing about Barrows and slayer masters already makes my head hurt. :? Maybe when I'm not so busy in life I'll go P2P, but for now I'll keep my life a bit simpler and stick with F2P. :)

Just got 8:17.50 on No Mercy: The Generator Room. :twisted: Went downstairs, took the corner that's right of the doorway that you'd come out of when you're coming from the subways. From there, we conserved our pipe bombs until after four minutes. Stuck with pistols until we had tanks come in, and then got them down with the auto shotguns. While playing "Last Stand," my friends and I found an interesting spot to camp out for a bit. In the room where you have to hit the switch to start the round, if you climb up onto the tanks in the corner (you can jump up there either from the dumpster besides it or just jumping on the valve of the tank and then up onto the top of it), you can stick around for a good while (at least for three minutes). Just need to get there up fast before smoker pulls you too far off. The only problem is the Tank... :( From there I just run up to the top of the lighthouse and avoid the edges so the Smokers don't pull me off... The longest I've survived so far on Last Stand is 4:43. >.< No Mercy: Rooftop time so far is 4:50. Dead Air: The Runway is 5:03. Dead Air: Terminal: 6:11.97. GAH! O_O

Less is more in many respects. It's an introduction, not a contest to see who can write more. And personally I think Sio did a fine job at it. Being an ambassador doesn't just mean talking about who you're representing, but also showing who you are. People would like to know what kind of person the ambassador is, what are their likes and dislikes so they don't offend them and find ways to communicate with them on a unique level of cooperation and camaraderie. :)
