its been while, but what about the tears of guthix quest? requires a lantern and some other things? maybe a [bleep]y helm? seems to 1 of the 1's that might be a potentially good updates, however the minigame afterwards could be an issue.

oh god, how many people would cry about this update because they stopped RC and already used "xx" millions to get their RC up. good update or bad, some1 is going to complain. and at this rate, abby demons have become much more profitable. every super set i use @ abby demons yields a nice 500 pure ess roughly. either way, its fine.

i care that it threatened jagexs sponsorship of credit card companies, seeing how thats a big % of the way members play, and if they had lost that. theirs potential the game could have closed down. its all in the dev diary.

jagex has become adaptive to the autoers from RSC to todays autoers/gold miners. now, yes i agree more "harsh" steps could come forth in the game. now if you were to say a crazy idea, is to have jagex block people from logging into new IP's from different areas via traceroute. well, im sure it would blow over equally as well as killing off pking. however, you do bring up an amazingly positive point. the fact that jagex has taken steps to save their game for the good of the majority, and the steps were none to subtle. this however, leads me to believe that jagex might make some totally amazing updates. they may have crossed lines in peoples eyes, they could really start to make this game good now by crossing even more lines that were not acceptable until the removal of pking just a thought Please do not sterotype ~darkdude

Or replace rs with a new constructive thing that takes up a similar amount of time. Just anything to keep busy so you don't have a ton of empty space where you end up doing nothing for an even greater amount of time. yes, however that "hobby" he already has a means to the answer of the question, his account is the same without the $. edit: forgot to say, that RS means that he would not really have to spend much real life $ to get back to things. i dont know him, so i cannot suggest something. but i would suggest either rs or some simple thing. just take it from me, dont start playing pool to heavily or Xbox live

they do stop spamming, you currently cannot repeatidly say things too quickly. but honestly, the things you suggest most likely will not happen. while i do agree, this game keeps getting a feeling like a childproof lighter. i think it reality, if it were back to no chat censor we would be okay.

oh please, their much less harsh things in this world that have been censored then what you have... in fact, in my "area" the bible belt we used to have book burnings and such. im not sure if you are aware of that. i dont know the extent of the censorship from the church goin folks but it was clearly too much. but anyway, to tell people to get the [bleep] out is over the top. some children are sheltered ALOT, and to expect them to bend to the world all that sudden in a manor of how you speak is absurd. telling someone something like that is almost like a threat to their religion or culture. however i do agree that the censor is what it is. and i wish it was not their what so eve.

i would have to agree, herblore is the most likely. as up to fishing potion most things are pretty much do able. however, the quest is related to a p2p area that could possibly be opened to f2p. but that seems like a bit work to stop them from crossing the mountains and moving around near the warriors guild

revenants can tb, freeze and poison in f2p, so it's not that safe. I've been personally hit with two out of three, and there's no reason for me to believe the third isn't there. I wouldn't say I'm exactly afraid of revenants myself; if I were, I wouldn't ever go out into the Wild again, but I am very wary of them, as they do hit high and the normal defences like Prayer and armor are little help. Nope, they can't teleblock or poison, me and my friends didn't get tbed or poisoned once. And if a F2p was poisoned, that wouldn't be fair because theres no cure for poison in F2p. Trust me, they can. I've been killing them in f2p. Well, we went hunting about 2 days after their release, so possibly they changed it. It still confuses me why they would be foolish enough to put uncureable poison in f2p... unless its a hint f2p will get herblore.. just like that 1 thread stated it might happen

what about snakes? i just considered the big snake for the monkey madness part of the RFD quest, perhaps those higher lvl snakes drop snake eggs?

they wont, bandos boots is just that, a copy or similar item to what bandos wore. however, dragon boots are made of dragon metal. bandos armor however is just his armor, not a metal type. this can be concluded through examine of both boots and the fact that bandos plate will allow for arrow accumulation for people to expect it to have a strength bonus is natural, but flawed. sure, climbing boots have str bonus but thats a special quest related item, specifically for climbing certain things(which are? i cannot remmeber). and yes i do think dragon would just be how climbing boots were to rune boots when they finally got the +2 str bonus, a cheap alternative. but in this case the +1 def really probably would have a much less signifcant factor then the rune boots vs climbing boots. I agree that we shouldn't really be treating Bandos Armour as a metal grade. The chart in the first post is slightly misleading. However, the inconsistency here is that the rest of the Bandos armour provides strength bonuses. Plenty of people wear armoured boots (I know that they did wear them before they got the strength bonus upgrade, but they wear them much more because of the strength improvement) to get a nice little strength bonus as an addition to their armour set, so why is it that a strength focusing portion of a strength focused armour set gets no strength bonus whatsoever? The inconsistency is massive. A +3 or +4 str bonus would make much more sense. when considering the fact that the rest of the set gave a str bonus, we must consider that a tasset is +2 str and nearly 3times if not more then 3times the defensive stats. in all actuality, it should have +1 str bonus if you had asked me in fairness [/hide] But the thing is that boots in high leveled armour are supposed to provide strength bonuses. Bandos armour is high leveled armour, so why doesn't the boots have strength bonuses? why is it supposed to have a strength bonus? last year rune boots didnt have a str bonus. i dont recall what jagex said about the str bonus addition but, i highly doubt it was because they were high leveled equiptment, it was probably more likely to keep rune boots more desirable until dragon boots came out and coax people out of using a 12 GP boot. but thats just me. and secondly, i dont see bandos armor as being high leveled. but thats just an opinion. and the author of this thread did not post that these boots do not follow the trend of the metal boots with its negatives.

I noticed that, wanted to try but you cant atk them as someone mentioned perhaps they might be obtained differently, so i tried feeding 1. however, it seems wheat is not good enough. perhaps i need to cook it? i dunno, i cant think of to many things to feed a puffin, except for sardine maybe

was i the only person to notice puffins on the island where you get the barrelchest anchor? they might be puffin eggs. looks very similar to a penguin in color variation

personally, with such a "controversial" topic, i expected a better read. my mistake though. anyway, was hoping this topic would read something like, we can now really get back to the triangle. but why? in all fairness the pvp of this game has dimished to, a joke to some. perhaps now that the PVP aspect of the game can now get more intense, especially with the introduction of BH's strict rules, we could infact start introducing super armors that are hard to get or costly. in all reality, BH is somewhat at best, AS risky as the wilderness was. with the timers and lack of prayer related things for BH, i think introduction of new things that people would rather not die with can be exploited heavily. example, void knight armor with a dark bow and some dragon arrows, you are a powerful force the time and $ aspects of this set up could honestly be a good starting idea of how to develop future items. another thing is, we can now make dragon hide armor's have hugely negative melee aspects since they are so cheap, and introduce a slayers magical protection armor which might not be allowed into pvp areas. this triangle could become much more then what it once was, now if jagex explored these purposed ideas, the triangle might become much more well defined, however some may say summoning will turn this into a square. i dont think it will be that way, personally i believe it will just be a new definition to the fight. take for example, today in cw if you were barraging a guy with karils armor and a dragon dagger, once your spells splash and wear off, you might die quickly, however to make up for the lack of damamge during this time, your summoned monster could infact do considerable damages giving you the edge over a Dhide wearing warrior, in turn he probably could do the same. this game has clear potential for greater development that it once had.
