By shooting the cannon at monsters, you are eliminating potential points for your team. you recieve points for defence, for example, for how many runners you kill. if someone kills them with the cannon, then they have lost the potential points for killing that runner.

that is really weird. wouldn't be that hard for jagex to just program the clue scroll drop to be independant, or a seperate drop all together.

All of the swords specs are useful for different things. Sara is good for slayer, I hear, and zammy is basically the best for castle wars.

D long spec is pretty great. I used to bring it for hard castle wars games.

people don't seem to understand: there is no true random. computers can not generate random numbers. they use something like the current time to base it off of. but that doesn't even matter here. Random events are triggered by special conditions being met by players. certain things cause random events -- things that bots do, mainly.

even if they told you how many apps are left, and how many trainee mods they want ideally, you wouldn't have odds to work with. people are different, and saying there are 100 apps, and 10 spots does not give everyone a 1/10 chance. half the apps could be from complete idiots, and the other half from the forum's most helpful people. cheers
