Well if you plan on going back to f2p after summer, i'd do all the quests that give experience that would boost your f2p stats. You can also stock up on loads of strength potions at the warriors guild, and things like that. There are a lot of different ways to train f2p skills in members, like prayer.

1) Yes I have one 2) It depends on your own and your team's ability to play the game efficiently. If you have a hard time with the queen ask your team if they might want to reset after wave 8~9 so they can skip that wave.
