Only mods can make polls, unless you count it up manually. I am infact, very blue, with a hint of green. I love tycoon games, personally I own Transport Tycoon, all the Roller Coaster Tycoons including expansions, Zoo Tycoon, and Monopoly Tycoon. I also own 4 Sims games. I will also, in RuneScape, get distracted quite easily, so I mostly turn my chat off a lot of the time to try and get it done. However, the hint of green is that I'm a real fan of the original Monopoly. I own the Nostalgia Monopoly, the Original Monopoly, a Limited Edition Monopoly from 2005, and I also like the srategy games of Risk II, chess and draughts.

haha... not a cape... a private dungeon also, how much is a smithing cape? out of curiousity... no way im going for that as welll :uhh: Well construction cape if I bought it now would cost ~95M. My friend spent 180M on smithing. But it can vary from Profit to 200M loss.

More of a combat PMG don't you think? I am going to suggest: Falador East Bank. There is a nearby range to the east. Mining Guild, hundreds of coal, also, adamantite, mithril and clay nearby for such things as tablets and smithing training. Furnace near if unable to access such places as Port Phasmatys or cannot get to TzHaar with ease. TWO Tree patches nearby. An Allotment & Herb patch to the south. Water supply to the east. You can get 4 people firemaking at the same time in a line. Estate Agent. Near a teleport. Fast access to merchanting if necessary (Quick Hop to W2). Easy access to cheap coal and iron supplies (Quick Hop to W1). 3/4 yews trees spread to the south. Air altar (If you really wish :lol:). I mean, the things you mentioned in the first post, an axe repairer, that's a quick teleport away and back. Willows and oaks nearby, I would rather go somewhere where there is lots of that specific tree than go with 1 or 2 crowded with lots of people. Swamp Tar, how often is that needed? Quick access to Al-Kharid, I'm sure if people wanted to have quick access they would just teleport. Rats, Edgeville sewers are MUCH better, there are only two rats in Lumbridge Dungeon. Prayer Altar, I'm sure you wouldn't be doing massive amounts of combat at Lumbridge. Access to Dorgesh-Kaan, I'm sure the point of the guild is to get players together, sending them to Dorgesh-Kaan means they aren't really part of the guild. Quick access to Dorgeshuun mines, very few rocks, if people wanted to powermine anyway, 90% of them will go to granite. These are just my opinions. I mean, if I was fletching or fetching water, great, Lumbridge, thumbs up. But Falador meets many more requirements such as the mining guild, furnace and the farming patches. Rank 1 Rc'er: 157m xp. (I believe hes been retired for some time now). Rank 1 Slayer: 33.7M xp. Crafting laws at ffl or double nats with runners is much faster constant xp than slayer. Yes, as Lordfan21 says. Runecrafting CAN BE BOUGHT, people use runners and so on to get exp. It's just nobody can afford it. People will then reply to me saying, then they cannot afford slayer either. I reply, well they can, all you need is a weapon. A lot of the drops pay for cannonballs if you do actually use them. EDIT: Didn't see the second quote. FFL is upto 45k an hour. Slayer you can get 35k tops, thats with thousands of dagannoth assignments on the trot and cannoning them. :XD: Runemonkey showed that the Rank #2 Runecrafter got just over 1M exp in a day, he hired runners. Runemonkey showed that a famous player got 300k slayer exp in a day. That's 12+ hours with decent assignments. Just my 2 cents. ~Calcium P.S. Well, Jagex is supposedly always working on a skill, but like that's going to stop them maxing out again. I suppose, 4.6B exp is a challenge within itself. 200M construction, prayer and farming experience, expensive within itself. 200M farming, slayer, runecrafting and crafting. Takes a long time. Who says Jagex won't raise the maximum experience? Could be interesting. :ohnoes:

The Forum moderators are only staff to Jagex in the same way I'm a member of staff to Tip.It. I'm not employed by Tip.It, and they're not employed by Jagex. Both are purely voluntary roles... I do not mean player moderators (Silver crown) or Forum Moderators (Green forum posts), but I am referring to those that hang around ingame and on the forum with Gold Crowns and Gold Forum posts. For instance, how often do you see Mod Ash ingame? And how often do you see Mod Alex/Noldor on the forums?
