i think i know what you mean with the slayer staff. if you have a magic level of 60, you take the number 10 and add the first number of your magic level. so 10 + 6 = 60. if your magic level is 70-79, you can hit 17's, 80-89, you can hit 18's, and 90-99 you can hit 19's

he has a good point. although, being f2p and p2p, i think p2p would benefit most from knives and darts. i mean, as someone pointed out, ranges do have to buy everything. they cant make anything that they weild or wear, other than plain leather. no green dhide, no arrows, no bows, no darts, no knives. this disapoints me. giving them at least the ability to make darts and knives would be a good idea. maybe a quest just as hard as the ones you need to do to be able to make it in p2p, but in the f2p areas. also, being able to craft your own green dhide would be cool. having to buy that also stinks. it would also give the green dragon hide market a boost, although, probebly more pkers. But i think just knives and darts would be juft fine. The problem with giving darts to F2P is that they are part of fletching, a members skill. Plus darts on P2P require a long quest through members areas, a difficult thing to repllicate for F2P. Throwing knives on the other hand, to my knowledge, are not part of fletching and never required a quest. Off Topic: I agree that it would be nice to add greed D-Hide crafting to F2P, there are already green dragons in F2P areas, but they aren't there on F2P servers. They could just add the dragons and add crafting support for their hides to F2P, which would also fulfill some people's complain for wanting a higher lvl monster. Edit: Green dragons would also give F2P some decent prayer xp (dragon bones) and give F2P a reason to level crafting past 57 (Ammulet of Power) to level 63 (Green DHide Body.) your right, knives require no quest, it was darts that do, and darts need feathers, causing fletching xp. so knives would be very good to add, since f2p ranges buy everything. oh, and level 70 is when you can craft diamond ammys (power ammys) so some would already have the levels to do it.

ugh, the sad thing is that i know i contributed at least 30m of that from merchanting to you that one month i was in f2p and really on a roll with full runes. most i have held is about 5.6, but after merchanting on p2p for a day, i should have about 6.2 in my hands after i sell everything.

it kind of reminds me of an ancient spell (without the effects) or a d2h special. only its a lot cheaper :P looks like fun, i might mess around and do that some time. good idea.

oh, im sorry. i was there earlier and got mixed up with the enchant spells. i thought dragonstone was with a fire staff... aparently it wasnt. -.-

go with enchant onyx. i think it uses water and earth runes to cast, which is easily done by buying a mud staff. they are about 2.1m at the moment. all you have to do is buy or make the cosmics and you are all set. just go to the magic training arena and work the magic. the only problem is, the only thing you can buy witht he points you get in that area is more cosmics, since everything else needs other points to buy.

whats the alter thing? get the best alter for your house and the best burners. burn 1 marentil in each burner. use dragon bones on the alter, getting 3.5 xp times the xp of the bone. ecto is 4, but it takes alnog time to grind, collect slime, and worship. this way is a lot faster. basically 3.5 x 30 = 105 <-alter in house ................4 x 30 = 120 <-ecto is a slight ammount of difference, but if you get a portal room right next to your alter room, or a hall (for got which one) that holds a glory, you can just teleport out, bank, and teleport back to your house.

i think they fixed the blocking with a friend part. althought, i do remember someone attacking him, the leading him back into a tunnel and blocking him up against a rat.

You may be right for now...but I think that's it's useful if you eventually get one. Reason being, I'd use the defender whenever I fight a monster with a combat level of 75 or lower because defense isn't terribly important, and so I can focus much more on offense. Great for those lower level slayer assignments, or ones that don't hit much (bloodvelds, fever spiders, etc). thats a good point, but I still dont think i would want to go in the room and waste 10 points a minute and not even getting to attack one in that minute. i had 114 coins when i went in there. i had 2 kill sby the time i came out. i was even trying to get the attack first with air strikes. its too hard with the 5 other people tyring to do the same thing with darts, knives, and other magic spells. its crazy in there. if anything, I will try it in a week.

i've met Season before. She is really nice. I've talked to zezima a time or two before. Oh, and Vuchel2004. (ranked about 40ish, or was) She is in the same clan as me. Its not like meeting a king or.. movie star or anything. They are exactly like any other player. its just that some people want to put false images with them. All the ones i have met so far are very nice.

3k gee pee i didnt find any satisfaction in making a house. i bought my initial house - 1000gp my parlar ------------------ 1000gp another garder ------------ 1000gp some guy gave me about 300 flatpacked items (mostly chairs and tables) so i just filled in what was left in my house. i now have 3 chairs, 2 book cases, and a portal. thats it. i dont feel that i need anything else. i really dont want to spend all that time in something i dont want. =\

pkers that like to pick on people trying to do a clue or training in the wild, such as rcing or killing green dragons. i know its in the wild, but come on, its a total of, what? 40k you can get when a green dragon slayer has a full load? why not go into the deep wild and try to kill people with lots of runes and GOOD items on?

auctually, the only thing that is said in the magic guide is that they all have special effects. next time why dont you know what you are talking about before you give out information.

you can get broken staffs, broken armour, and rusty swords from any random chest you search in the game. (usualyl one that is not associated with a quest or thieving)

you get 10% more xp than a normal ticket. also, examine a squire or a knight. "a powerful knight of balance" "a squire of balance" thats why yuo cant autocast any other god spell than guthix

I am guessing that 1st floor will have monsters like skeletons, zombies, etc. nothing too hard. 2nd floor, moss giants, hill giants, etc. 3rd floor someting a long the lines of ice warriors and giants. and top floor, hopefully something hard like lesser and greater demons. along the way, it looks like fromt he information they give us, tog et to the next area we have to answer security questions. this will be for our benefit. like an educational game with killing :D I really hope its something hard. i dont want the first floor to be lvl 2 men, 2nd floor lvl 12 skeletons, 3rd floor deadly red spiders, and 4th floor some moss giants. i want something i earned, not just ran though with a scimmi and no food, and came out alive with 5hp off of my 75 total.i want something challenging. this would be a lot of fun if they do it right, and take their time with it. and now f2p cant complain they dont get new things. you have a new mini game, WITH rewards.
