Most powerful food is 22... So unless you're on about F2P, something which I definitly did NOT suggest this pancake for... You're WAAAAAAAAYY off...

Believe it or not, this game near-perfectly suits TSA... Tal Shiar has always been both skill and combat related, and there hasn't been a minigame or type of event where both were used (Tai Bwo Clean-up doesn't count)... Now we get to use our often superior non-combat skills to advance and aquire resources much quicker against a clan that is vastly superior in the combat area... The fact that teamwork is extremely essential here (it is unfortunately still quite rare to find someone with 80+ levels in crafting, smithing, fletching, and fishing/woodcutting/mining/hunting all in 1 person in my clan) also helps... I'm often passed a few lumps of lvl 5 clay to make the best level scimitars and armor pieces possible, and in return I pass them around to our higher levelled melee-ers... As for the rewards; the double xp I'm expecting to see from the Morphic Tools will be amazing, as it basicly cuts your skilling time in half (the time saved gathering only half the resources is ofc used to play the game)... Volatile tools are nice, but I don't like unpredictability... It also dismays me a little that no option for double xp for Herblore (and Farming for that matter, rake/spade ftw?) is available, a skill that is these days impossible to level without losing a fortune... A downside of Morphic Tools is that they do not stack in your bank :( As for the fact that these days you have a ton of points left over after buying your one Morhpic Tool at a time, I don't mind using the rest buying a set of free mystic/rune/green dhide... Something that PK-ers are overlooking in my opinion. The option to swich various body parts between Rune and Mystic? Invaluable... Mystic to Teleblock/Bind, switch to Rune and move in for the kill... And all that while not using any extra inventory space...

As one of the writers who was brought over from the (at the time) rival editorial spot, I started writing here shortly after the Times' revival, and with it I had also taken it upon myself and my clan to find a good little tip for at the bottom of the articles at least once a week... I'd like to think I did ok, and so did my fellow writers... As the old saying goes: "You cannot please everyone all of the time, so you are left with pleasing everyone some of the time, or some of the people everytime." I know that some of the writers have actual fans out there, but as said, it is impossible to make everyone happy with what you've written... But considering the position we're in where we have to come up with a new topic every week, and an angle to go with it, and both have to be interesting and if at all possible, not yet been discussed on the forums... That in itself is a difficult task at best... In the past the topics that had gotten the best discussions afterwards were the ones about the economy, and how it affected your GP... These days with the Grand Exchange there is hardly any exiting thing to write about as all the quirks and oddities like frozen prices, limitations, and even the impossibility to buy something below alch value... It has all been done... I make sure my articles are spell and fact checked before submitting it, so the most criticism I personally get is that my articles might get too opinionated. But with almost everything being covered by a pretty overzealous forum crowd its hard to stay in the middle, or even be completely unopinionated, so I tend write from my personal point of view rather then a general one... Recently there have been more fine additions to the writer staff, but I have to disagree with Das on this... The hardest thing to come by is still a topic and an angle to write about... I'm very happy to see the plans for a suggestion thread coming soon :)

Soldiers ftw... Adamant and Mithril ore market has thrived amongst others because of these, and finaly a chance to get a rune scim without having to pay for it (or have a ridiculously high smith lvl for)... By far the better creature to kill, even for the lower level P2P-ers...

A few things... - I'm open to criticism, so if you wish to give me some, you're always welcome to PM me with suggestions (even for a Times Subject)... More then that, we write it for your enjoyment, if we fail in that, we would like to know how to make things better (GJ n_odie for this topic) - Yeah, the Did You Know section is not a way of life, more of a "did you know" list thing ;) My clan has been happy to provide them, and will continue to do so :) - The Editor isnt a person - The requirements for my clan are 1250 total, and a combat skill (not hp) thats lvl 70 or higher :)

Then I have to disagree... With binds alone you cant kill anyone... With fireblast, you definitly can... A more interesting discussion is what spell is most powerful on P2P; Ice Barrage Blood Barrage or Vengeance

And you want to make it more powerful? The major problem isnt its power, its the fact that magic can also be used while wielding a godsword for example... As long as Dhide doesnt have negative melee attack bonusses, and bows and swords dont have negative magic attack bonusses, this problem keeps existing...

At least TRY to model it after my own pancake recipe...

"Storm" is up to nothing, I've never spoken with this guy... But you'd expect a fan to atleast get my name right... I agree with the whole sentiment that a hall of fame is something that'll create friction though, so yeah, unless a proper selection process can be established by unbiased people (and really, who is these days) then yes... Otherwise, no... Since these things usually end up there anyways; *hands out gasoline and matches*

Swordhand20; I do wonder who you think the Tip.it Community is sycophantic to... I've been known to have quite a few run-ins with the Tip.it staff (hell, since the MSSW I've had to endure a 3-day ban already), but without bias, and merely as truth, I know that it was me who had the biggest hand in organising it and getting this many people to turn up...

Hypothetically... You borrow someone's car. You didn't pay for it, you only pay for the gas it uses, and fill up the tank when you're done with it... But right as you go into the Gas Station to pay the bill, the car gets stolen... The Gas Station isn't going to let you leave woithout paying for the gas, afterall, its not their fault the thieves forced you into giving up your car keys (and hence, the car) Who is the owner of the car? Not you. It was from the person you borrowed it from. Do the thieves now not deserve punishment because now THEY drive the car? Translate the car with the extra gas to the time and effort you put in to get said Amulet and Mask, the original owner to Jagex, and the account it was stolen from to yourself... TADAA!

OH YE MORONS!!! Read the whole first post again (I just updated it with the verdict): This all happened septermber last year, 4 months BEFORE the trade limit update.... And im going to add that picture to the phishing site list reports...
