Even without Sea Singer, that should be your goal. You should be able to last out at least 3 ice prisons in one ice phase if you're doing it properly. How??????

given that dg has only a certain number of possible items and that the customization menu allows you to keep three presets with their individual color values when applicable thus proving the limitations aren't as low as we are led to think they are ("it's too time consuming and/or impossible to convert existing items to custom menu" + few months later = "hey buy our keepsake keys" + a few more months later = "hey we turned rare card collectibles into custom items despite the fact that we didn't do this earlier with any of our other items not released from solomon but you can't have them without paying") i don't think it'd be like, a huge dedication to allow three specific full gear loadouts per person, especially when many people hate certain types of combat anyway It wouldn't be a problem, but wouldn't that be a bit boring? If everyone could kit themselves out with full armour, they'd have a tough time dying at any point, and a big part of the personal skill involved in Dungeoneering would be lost. I like the bind system, it just hasn't been adapted to dual wielding weapons. I'm a bit surprised by how Jagex made such an obvious mistake here. Adding an extra bind for everyone but making 2-handed weapons take up two slots seems the simplest thing to do to me. Why do 2hds have to take up two slots? Are you really going to use that many slots. or are you talking on the load outs?

And the true moral of the story, is don't worry about it unless your a high profile person/high value staker.

Agreed. I'm actually a fan of DW, but it's really not useful if I have to give up a slot for the equivalent of the weapon I already have. I've got plate/hood/weapon/BN, why would I give one of them up for pretty much no reason? I was under the impression that a hood wasn't worth wearing anymore.

It's not the bank slot everyone is concerned with. When you have 4 active items, you don't want 1 of them to be basically nothing(vs having 2h). Right now, I have 4 slots open, I use Maul + Bow + Platebody, I should bind legs I just haven't got there since hitting 90 dg, ideally I'd bind a BN but the odds of me seeing one of those before 5 binds is tiny. I've been doing just fine for the last ~20 or so dg levels with just a platebody so I could use that 4th slot for dw if I wanted and not see any difference to my survivability.

Do you actually need 10 slots? Would you really die giving up 1 slot for dual wield if you really wanted it? You've got what: 2h + platebody + BN + legs +Sagi short + hex + staff + range body + mage body Thats 9, and for as often as you mage you could easily give up the mage body. Maybe you use it more as you get higher up, I'm not sure only 90 dg, but it seems to me if you wanted to dual wield you could and not suffer to much for it.

Apparently the charm collector doesn't work for LS. Which is a disappointment for KK minions.

It looks like we know about most of the upcoming updates. But the big news is that the RuneScape 3 Beta signups begin April 3rd, there is instancing and hardmodes coming to God Wars, and that Castle Wars and the Duel Arena are getting a graphical overhaul. Has anyone else got these emails?

Royals do work with chaotic and arguably for momentum slayering dual wield > 2h still I believe so dual chaotics ain't so bad. Plus since their retweak of dual vs 2h I hear good things about the balance so I'd assume royal and dual chaotic aren't too far apart for bossing now either. In terms of time invested/cost to use I still think royal wins, you can get one for what 600k now?

Alright question time. Looking for current best rates for a few things: 1. Range, presumably dark beasts? Any idea on rates? 2. Defense, Dags with mage still? 400k/hour not looting anything? 3. Attack and Strength, Fire giants were mention at one point? 280k/hour? 4. Income/hour required to make mahogany worth it over Oak for construction? Xp/hour for mahogany tables/how to do it?

Make the intention, Royal is hands down the best xbow in the game. I think you can use royal bolts with chaotics.

Interesting. I did kiln tonight for the first time. I wore full obby and used up ~400 charges. I could have easily meleed the whole place but switching sped up kills. I prayed SS the whole time except jads and the only crystals I used were the hp boost. Took me ~1 hr taking one Skype/afk browsing forums. I thought the whole place was a joke...

Id also like to point out that only Admins can get IPS from vent servers.
