Without juju snaps are best at ~103k/run right now with toad flax ranarr and avantoe all sitting around 91k/run. This is based off my own data.

Interesting idea, I doubt any testing has actually been done on that. But what I can say is from my data of tier 3 green fingers that the death rate is ~11.82% for the four patches that can die and seeds back is 9.64%. With this you only have a 1.13% chance of getting a seed back from a dead patch. The majority of your seeds back come from living patches. Based on this I'd assume you just unlucky. Over the course of the ~560 herb runs I've logged I have had maybe 10 seeds back from dead patches.

What I'm curious to know is how this affects people using things like AHK to rebind on the keyboard. As it is currently your actions can get very repetitive with it.

So in my tests of about 30 nodes the length of time a node will last once it has started being siphoned is 1:24, which just so happens to be 140 ticks. From this I think the best idea is to find the biggest island possible and stay there. Also esswraiths are absolutely terrible now. The main problem with this update is that it takes to long to travel between platforms. If someone else starts a node and you can't get there within ~10 seconds its a waste to move.

Your every few hours is a joke barrows last for 10 hours of COMBAT so you don't repair all that often. and if the cost is that bad repair it in yours or someone else's poh for up to half price. Edit: Gah on top of that defensive stats don't mean didly in this game. I'm sure even just killing monsters makes more then 33k/hr.

Just tried out barraging on ape atoll, I've never done it on live but this is what I found. Xp scaled as time when on and more skeletons spawned in the same area just before I left I was in the realm of about 30 skeletons stacked up. Initially xp is fairly slow but it ramped up quickly. I only used 4 abilities, dragon breath, chain, tsunami and preperation(10% dmg reduction) I had to pray ss the whole time to stand a chance to live at the end as even casting blood barrage on that many targets wouldn't keep me alive. at the 25 minute mark I was pulling down somewhere in the realm of 800-900k xp/hour. Inventory was: Blood Runes, Fire Runes, Water Runes, Greegree, 1 super anti poison, 3 extreme mage pots, 3 rocktail 17 prayer pots. All pots were 4 dose. Gear was: Gano visor, arc stream, ahrims top and bottom, infinity boots, sol, barrows gloves and ardy cape 3. I had 6 prayer bonus and it looked like the p pots I had would last me ~ 1hr If this doesn't change at all I wont be leveling mage any time soon on live as this was incredibly easy, not afk at all though, but the insane xp/hour more then makes up for that. EDIT: Also was just thinking if I had taken a 1 hand weapon and an off hand I could have used some of the shield defensive abilities to make it easier to survive. edit: [spoiler=Interesting ad on Tip.it]

Wouldn't the easiest way to test it be to watch for a <40 non zero hit. If that happens then you know that its not +40 to every hit, assuming its not the killing blow. EDIT: Just did a test on blue dragons with dragon darts. Did a load with a row and frequently hit below 40, did several loads with fero ring and never saw anything less then a 41 for a non killing blow hit.

A pure probably isn't worth it right now till the eoc comes out because of all the changes.

I have to agree anyone that could have, would have. 16k an hour and it takes 3 hours to full pay for a university degree. 24 hours and I could buy my first house.

Just a note, if you do ashes you still altar them, your post made out like you were just going to scatter them. Also I'd do dragon bones when I went for 95 I did ashes and the extra 8k ashes nearly killed me.

For as long as I've been logging farming runs ~20k snaps they were never 500k/ run, the maxed at around 260k

The best xp rates are from siphoning nodes and doing hounds when there are no nodes. your goal is to find an isle with a decent amount of quality nodes and stay there. movement kills your xp per hour

First off re-posting this: [spoiler=Old post]Negative reinforcement is the only way that exists to stop an action from occurring. If you got a new puppy and it was constantly pissing in the house would you coddle and praise it because it deserves a "base amount of respect" or would you rub its nose in it to show it what it did is bad? The whole model of microtransactions that we are starting to see is, by the standards of most people, not being implemented well. However it is thriving because people want to try it out hense the continual thrust of more of it down our throats. There were people right off the bat that said the only way to protect against the sof is to avoid using it all and that's what negative reinforcement would do. Second, even though I understand that Jagex and IVP are companies and need to make money there are certain things you need to maintain true to, to maintain a solid user base. A game goes no where if you have no people playing, that's why IVP is is pushing their luck with this game. Because for the most part its long standing members that still play this game, you'd be hard pressed to be a new player nowadays and catch up to anyone in terms of "end game" content. Now if you are purely playing for the social aspect having everyone give up the game as though nothing matters is a true waste of time. Some of my best life lessons on how to deal with people were learned online in games. Its a whole experience unto itself that, whether you like to think it has or not, has molded who you are today.

Its funny how everyone write off these experiences as useless as you get older. If you have truly learned nothing from this game over the years you should quit now as your missing the point of playing a multiplayer game. If you feel that everything you've ever done in your years is useless as you get older your missing the lessons that are there to be learnt. I tested with a geyser titan on my slayer task and his auto attack gave hp xp

I got lucky and unlocked everything by the time I hit 500 kills and I love my goliaths I am just using swifts for the first time now and they seem cool. Spellcasters seem like utter crap though. It took me about 15 hours to get them and I got ~100k prayer and ~600k melee xp. I did mostly endurance though.

Exactly what i was thinking, get my entire clan to get the dart and just take turns 1 shotting nex.

Greenfingers was a great choice but herb prices are tanking atm
