Jagex are closer to their players than 99% of games out there - not just MMORPGs. I personally speak to a few mods in game one of which being Paul Gower. And let me tell you this - he still cares what players thinks, he's constantly asking me what I think of an update and my opinion on things. Also speak to Mod Mark who is "Senior Game Designer" of Runescape - He's constantly asking me for my opinion on things, for example with Rocking Out he asked me to rate the quest out of 10 when compared to other quests and that they were "Very proud" of the quest. So no - Jagex aren't distancing themselves, they're as close to their players as ever before, however this is not shown to 90% of the community, the mods DO read the RSOF even if they don't reply, with the release of the forums they don't have as much reason to go into the game to look for people's opinions there when they can see them on the forums. I'm sure they have plenty of statistics about who's doing what in game - They can see if a certain activity isn't popular, or if a new quest doesn't seem to appeal to many. Times have changed - Jagex have changed - their interactivity hasn't.

I've not had a single clue more than 6 parts since the "update" (No clue what update you're talking about - but I assume the one that added Top Hats etc.) And I've done 50+ Any proof of your claims? You're the first person I've heard say this. And yes, each step of the clue adds a reward.

You didn't quit then. Grats on 99 range - not the best way to get there by a long shot. I must have made close to 100M on my way to 99 range, a green, a purple and a red party hat were some of the things I made from training range.

I swear to you. I've had a clue that was 3 parts(before the update) and a clue that was 7 parts(after the update). I have no reason to lie. 110% True. But yeah, I always do clues when I get them. Just today I got Rune(T) Skirt and another clue worth about 150k. : So... They're still worth it for me. :) I know some clues feel SHORTER and LONGER, but you'll often forget about a step. There are a few glitches with clues too - getting a casket in a casket and such, that's the only way I can see that you can get less than 4 "clues" but you'll still get 4 rewards. I've done literally thousands of clues and have never experienced anything other than clues that are 4-6 parts long. Also, if 3 part clues were available I'd hate getting one, even at 4 parts you're 33% more likely of getting a reward (By giving you an additional item)

They take 5-10 minutes to do and usually get a lot. Also, some horrid lies in this topic :roll: Level 3 clues have a MINIMUM of 4 parts - maximum of 6. Each part of the clue gets you a "reward", I challenge anyone to find me a clue with less than 4 rewards or more than 6. (Level 3) Level 2/1 clues work the same but with 3-5 and 2-4 respectively. Note: you can get multiple runes for example, in one I had 150 law runes, but that was 5-6 "reward"s of law runes.

While it is a terrible clue, make sure to read the thread. Somebody got absolutely nothing. :( You mean the one where they covered over there LEVEL 1 reward with the right click menu?

I can't remember one instance where we've advertised the clan chat as official. We've always stated that it's not official and there's NOTHING we can do about it - we can't get you unbanned on there, we can't can anyone on there as it's nothing to do with the running of Tip.It. Lightning made the channel herself (If this is indeed the channel you are talking about) and there are a few other channel that Tip.It users use - however these are not official, we may recommend them however if you want to talk to fellow Tip.It forum users. Note: The following method is not 100% accurate and should only be used as a rough guide. go to http://www.srtest.com - select Call of Duty 2 allow the program to install (It is perfectly safe) If you pass the minimum requirements you SHOULD be able to play with the updated graphics, ignoring things such as Hard Drive space which are not going to be needed. Call of Duty 2 specs: 1.4GHz processor, 256mb RAM, 64mb Graphics Passing CPU Speed - System RAM and Video card should mean you can play the new very of Runescape. This is not 100% accurate as I have said, so please don't shout at me if you pass this test and can't play RS, or fail and can.

I remember fishing lobs, cooking them then certing them back in the fishing guild. One time some guy accidentally bought some lob certs off me thinking they were sharks. Can't remember the exact price but I believe it may have been something silly like 10k a cert, I was happy that that 8-) Note: I didn't scam him, he said "Anyone got any certs" I said yeah, and sold him mine, I didn't realise what he was doing, and he didn't check what certs they were.

It doesn't take any longer than normal, it's unorganised to the point where it's organised, I know where everything is so if I "organised" it then I'd not be able to find anything. :lol:
