TWR decision: War nullified, no rematch. Both clans broke rules (edit: in the "fun" war, as the real TWR war never even happened), and the amounts of flames and other unfortunate incidents during and afterwards have made it difficult to arrange a new war in the near future. Hopefully it will happen sometimes, but it won't be now. I am opening this topic again, but keep in mind that you're using this forum for several reasons; free access to flaming isn't one of them. Two styles of combat make a difference. A person's food will go down twice as fast as normal when you're blocking 40% of melee attacks and absolutely none of the range. TK ended with 7, but they might not've ended with anything had TDM's tanks had a better chance at tanking. There was also a TDMWL member who wasn't added because RuneHead has been down, and should not have fought without permission from TK even though it was a caused by a technical issue. One of the bounds pictures was far out of bounds, the others were not. Seeing as there were rules broken by both sides (and unnecessary drama involved) we ask for this to be decided in a rematch. This time without range. If the clan officials are unable to agree on a time and date, contact lady_ninane or myself via PM on forums or find us in #clans on SwiftIRC and we will help you find something out. I strongly disagree with you on the first one, the Wilderness/PvP/Bounty is the where many clans base their warring and fun. I don't mean to disrespect anyone, but CWA is a well done PvP minigame which allows controlled clan wars - which is what it was designed for in the first place. Nothing wrong with it at all, but keep in mind that it was based on and placed in the Wilderness, where the "original" clan wars were and again are fought. When it comes to your second point, I partly agree. The reason I understand why Jagex is hesitant with some of those features, is the possible abuse. After all, the amount of control you can have with a voice client and IRC channel is limited, and they still have an obligation to follow certain rules and regulation, whether we like it or not. That is out of their hands and ours. Forum and website hosting would also mean a huge liability for them - even allowing advertising of clan forums. Example: Little Frank sees someone advertise for DF ingame, and goes to their forums. Except it's not, and he gets keylogged and quits. The perpetrator uses Frank's account to advertise the keylogger and repeat the process with 10 other kids, make those into 100, 1000 and so on. Perpetrator with a lot of time on his hands, but you see my point. :P In the end Jagex are the ones at risk losing customers, even if just 1/3 of those quit and they were planning to play for at least a year. £5.95 * 12 * 333 = £23 776.2 That's a lot of money... ^

Ouch, it's really sad to see that the indifference of the leader caused the fall of the whole clan, when if could have been saved with a little effort. Good luck to the members, hope they can agree on a new clan.
