  1. It's P2P only, maybe you are F2P?
  2. You'll fail A LOT on ape atoll. Better do brimhaven (use diary gloves when you cash in the tickets for extra xp) and get like 100-1000 tickets for maximal efficiency. If you want, you can take some high-alch supplies into the course in case you make it early to the tag-pillar.
  3. Tanks for replies1 I did all the quests, and food DOES get mouldy in the swamp... BUT..seems like super restore is the only way...or maybe 100+ agility pots also moulding in bank?
  4. So, I decided to do some barrows trips yesterday (BTW: Selling Guthans helm!!!) but evey run I see my agility decreasing due to the effect of Karil. Normal restore pots are a pain to make, agility pots the same, and the other option I have is to take a sip of super restore, which is quite a waste I think. I need my agility to run through the swamps and tunnels, so what to do?
  5. With the update of the achievement diary, ea furnace was created in Edgeville. The smelting/smithing multuples bars at once only workd there, the mining effect (2 ores at once) should be everywhere. I don't know wheter it also goed for c balls.
  6. I wouldn't recommend it for iron, because you mess up the 5-inventory-per-RoF sceme. I think for smelting steel bars it is great. Does it also work on c balls? that would be totally awesome!
  7. invest it in your kingdom for een more profit buy firemaking levels or construction levels buy some decent weapons like dragon scimitar r dragon long if you didn't finish the quest yet. Buy a whip if you have 70 attack, the later the better becaus they are dropping as we speak....
  8. If it's your lowest skill: tears of guthix. Else: I hear oak planks are the best xp/gp, so you would end up with those. Free alternatives like clay or limestone are slow, yet (as mentioned) free.
  9. Does anybody know: does catching hell cats (Evil dave's dungeon) also count in getting 100 of them and thus getting a "cat trainer medal"?? Do they end up on your rat pole as well? I suppose you know why I want to know this; the allmighty Varrock achievement diary! I'm planning to "stew" to 73 smithing in order to complete it, so I need orange spices. I might as well let those pesky rats count to my total as well!
  10. Ogres in King Lathas' training ground. Good for seeds, big bones and decent range xp I heard. You could also do blue dragons, but they are usually crowded.
  11. A big +1! A lot of them (not all, mind you) like to see their shiny crown in the chat. Sure, it's an honour to be one, but no need to boast around about it. Furthermore, pmods can ease up situations, but I also saw the pics af the Falador riots after the SS-update and PC nerfing. Lots of pmods there, but they were incapable of easing the mob. And lots of them tried! Also, players behaving badly might stop when they see a pmod, but continue after he/she has left the area. That same status symbol (crown) gives them away! So don't display it any more, and report more of bad-dỏ̮̩̉rs that way! They can be a great addition for the game, but selection procedures and general behaviour ruins most of this ideal.
  12. As stated before: play the game for fun, not to become some of JaGEx' lackeys. That's what the game is about. When a soldier goed to war, he goes for his country (or because he was lied to etc etc :P ) but NOT to get home with medals. Soldiers after medals often end up to be dead ones... I'm not threatening you! pMods are supposed to be respected in-game, but many of them become cocky after their crown shows up. I've known my share of them, and most of them I don't talk to any more just because they were so full of themselves.... I guess power corrups.
  13. I'm still doing falconry occasionally. Basically, you drop the furs and bones (or bury), only if you intent to leave, take a full inventory for the cape. I tried red salamanders, but I found them less fun (the thing that should matter in this game) so I got back to falconry. I only train hunter to avoid it to become my lowest skill (Tears of Guthix to construction, I'm cheap!).
  14. Some options: Yanille - as mentioned: iron, take the 1 coal rock as well as the mithril for extra exp. Wilderness - some like it, I don't. Good for mithril/adamantite Mining guild - coal galore! Also suitable to superheat mithril into bars. for pure xp: Yanille with banking, then use the iron to smith.
  15. Oh noes! :ohnoes: I need ot get me another skull sceptre.... BTW does anyone have the appropriate lectern available? N00b constructor here....
  16. OMG! catching 100 rats? Ugh....I HATED rat catchers with a passion, and now I have to catch 100 of these critters? Ah well, it gives me something to do on a rainy day.... Good thing is that I actually HAVE to raise some skills to be able to finish it, 70-something to be able to smith an adamant med helm... Good update, rewards seem nice.
  17. I, too, go for slayer because of the variety it brings. If you want plain dumb exp, do rock crabs/experiments, but you make no money and I find them worthless fun... If you want to make money, do green dragons and store the hides and bone for prayer/crafting xp or nice money. Or any monster you ahte so much that you want to kill it over and over again. \
  18. don't make them. They are a waste. Sell red spiders eggs or store them for super restores later on. I'm not sure on the prices of super restore, but prayer pots go for 7-10k ea. So I suggest levelling herblore to make them yourself. Farm Ranarrs at my arms patch for guaranteed herbs. Also, be sure to teleport to your house-> altar for resoration of prayer after your run. It saves a lot on the pots!
  19. ^^^^^true Don't use them as a source for D-bones. Every bank trip you have to pay the dungeon again, and walk there, being harrassed by dogs and so on. As mentioned, use greens. Before you leave, fill empty inventory spaces with D bones/steel bars, it adds up. But you really lose a lot of time if you want to bank every singe d bone you get. Use lava staff and airs. Airs are cheap, easy to craft in mass amounts and you'll use more fires (high alch) then airs. Get the best mage outfit you can get for optimal efficiency.
  20. I don't. I don't like the wilderness so I stay clear of it as much as I can. But if you want to mine mith/adamantite, I think it is one of the better choices. Take a pic and some cheap/replaceable armour and a glory and you can mine a lot there!
  21. +1 if you don't have lvl43 prayer. Bring an ANTI-POT!!! Since I have that, I wear black d-hide and melee pray.
  22. Trolls drop them as well. Not al lot. These seeds are a pain to get, and cost a fortune....
  23. Yes. They also genereate iron/steel arrows ad other items like iron ore every once in a while. Best of all: They give an offensive ranged bonus, so it's a must in every rangers' equipment. PC is not what it was after the update. A lot less exp, but more points. You can use these to buy a void knight outfit, which hev quite decebt stats if I recall correctly. As always, I recommend slayer for combar training, as it's 2 birds in 1 stone. Nat crafting is still very profitable. At lvl 50 you can use 3 pouches, but the xp/gp per hour depends on how focused you are and your way of crafting. Time 30 min or so and you should have a good indication. Nature runes are sold gor about 300gp ea.
  24. Thieve from master farmers. You get all kinds of alotment seeds, and also herb seeds. You can also try managing you kingdom and get seeds, but I dont know wether they are any good.
