I guarantee that's crap. There's no way that a Disney Animation made for kids could get rated R because of smoking. I do think that the MPAA is a bit overprotective.

Not to mention the other points, but also: Many people at your combat level would have like 20 attack and 20-25 strength. They would only be risking 2k, to your 23kish counting weapons. Definitely not worth it.

Why doesn't this politician just try and find a way to make blocking e-mail addresses effective, before proposing something so stupid as that. IP bans wouldn't work either, as many people have routers that change.
