You can rearrange the items in your bank by either swapping the place of one item with another or you can insert an item infront of another one instead of swapping so they can be next to each other.

1.- 2. The lowest level you can complete it with I believe is 53 with an agility potion but I would advise you to get 56 as having to keep potting up all the time can get annoying. The potions also take up valuable inventory space aswell, although you could still get by using potions. 3. The best course I think you should use to level upto the requirement would the Barbarian agility course next to barbarian assault.

Assuming that you've already done enough of the Legends Quest to get into the kharazi jungle you just have to hack your way through the trees and bushes using an axe and a machete. In some places it can say you can't go any further, in this case you'll have to try starting at a different section of trees/bushes.
