Fastest method to bank iron ores I think would be to have a lot of rings of dueling, teleport to dueling arena and run to the chasm mine where there are three iron rocks there. When your inventory is filled up just teleport to castlewars and repeat the process. If this method doesn't suite you then I think the next fastest way to bank iron is to use the mine near port khazard. All you need to do is run north out of Yanille bank until you get to the mine, mine your ores and then run back to the bank. Any kind of energy potion would probably speed up the runs more but they aren't neccessary.

I prefer each of them in different aspects. I prefer Bruce Lee for his martial arts skills (I believe Bruce was more disciplined than Jackie). But, I prefer Jackie Chan for his movies as they usually raise a smile on my face :) .

The Jatizso mine yields a good amount of adamant and is reasonably close to a bank. To access the mine though, you would need to have completed The Fremennik Isles quest. If you can already access this mine you just have to be weary of the ice-trolls that are wandering around the dungeon but they are pretty easy to avoid. If you're not able to access this mine the Hobgoblin mine would be the next best bet for adamant but you would have to be careful of revenants, although I'm not too sure how far the closest bank is whether it be the wilderness bank or edgeville.

If that was a requirement to be fullfilled for dragons to drop Draconic Visages' (which I'm not sure is) that would be the only one.
