  1. I realize it's very hard to do, but with the stats these guys have, surely some of them could afford to buy their way to 99? I mean, it's not even the cost of a blue phat to do it  But really, it would be an amazing accomplishment, I wonder how hard some of those guys are working on it.
  2. No pure F2P has over 90 pray yet? That's a little surprising.
  3. You should really get 75 mage so you can use fire wave. Shouldn't take too long to get.
  4. It may be infringement, but probably be excused as a fair use because you won't be using it for commercial purposes. In other words, feel free to use it as long as you don't plan on making any money off of it, and you'll be fine. Simply posting it here would not be a problem.
  5. If your melee stats are fairly low, you'll want a mage outfit so you can mage Karil. But nothing fancy, just a Zammy robes so you only take up 2 inv spaces - that way you also get a pray bonus for the brothers you pray against.
  6. You don't need to be that high of a level to do barrows, although it helps to be 70+ in mage and range.
  7. Yeah, enchanting is definitely cheap and quick exp. A great place to train if fun is not your goal.
  8. Only the enchant arena is really fast training, and only with level 5 or 6 enchant. However, it is about as far from "fun" as possible, so I would avoid that place for training if fun training is your goal.
  9. Agreed, but I don't have a good way of getting herbs yet. I was waiting for 82 theiving and better agility to get some serious herbs going. Also, I will be using the MTK minigame to get tree seeds. You can already grow ranarrs and just about make p pots. It's a great way to level both skills at once, and make some decent money in the process.
  10. Ankous in level 4 of the security stronghold have excellent death and blood rune drops, I would recommend them.
  11. Small tip - BE EXTRA CAREFUL WHEN WITHDRAWING CASH! Trust me, it really, really sucks to not be able to bank cash.
  12. Just spend the 8 hours to get to 85 mining, trust me, it's worth it. Mining with stouts like that is really annoying.
  13. Your farming and herblore levels are a tad embarrassing, you should level them.
  14. Please tell me where my math is wrong in my previous post.
  15. Usually just some monk robes and my pick. I want to stay as light as possible so that I can be sure I will be able to get away from any pkers that show up. I usually pack a full complement of lobsters to make sure I don't die if attacked. P2P I go wildy rune mining naked except for my pick.
  16. Ice burst at pest control is the fastest way to train. You could also train with magic dart by doing Barrows. That way you can train and make money, though it will be slow training.
  17. If Jagex was smart, they'd incorporate a feature where you have to pay another $5 to get your character back after he dies a certain number of times. For members only, of course.
  18. From experience, I can tell you that iron never fails at the blast furnace.
  19. The lowest possible level, according to my calculations and Tip.it's combat calculator is 62, assuming you must take the extra combat experience from Monkey Madness. The actual combat level may be slightly higher than this, depending on quest orders that you have to follow, but here's how I determined it: You MUST gain the following exp total as quest rewards: 75,013 Atk 49,938 Def 49,413 HP 44,931 Pray 90,013 Str In addition, Monkey Madness gives you 35,000 in 2 and 20,000 in 2 depending if you pick Atk and Def, or Str and HP. Shadow of the Storm also gives you 10,000 in any non-pray combat skill. Assuming you choose strength for the 10,000, and strength and HP after Monkey Madness, you will have the following exp: 95,013 Atk - level 49 69,938 Def - level 46 84,448 HP - level 48 X Pray - level 47 - you are only forced around 45k pray exp, but need lv 47 for Rum Deal. 135,013 Str - level 53 Plugging these numbers into the Tip.it calc give a combat level of 62, which would not be raised by level 66 mage needed for Swan Song. You would need to train mage and range without gaining HP exp - easy for mage by cursing, and I'm assuming easy enough for range through PC, Tears of Guthix, and lamps from One Small Favour and other such quests. Doing this would require some very careful planning regarding quest order. I don't think it would be that tough, though, because you will be able to train pray up to 43 before tackling the harder quests where pray is a must, without screwing up your plans. I don't think it will be too long before someone comes along and actually does this.
  20. Pick flax in Lletya, it's much faster than Seer's.
  21. I see. Does that work if you have more than 28 coal in the furnace?
  22. True, but there is usually way more competition at the east mine than the west one, which makes mining for levels there a pain sometimes.
