you can buy a "talisman set" for an affordable price (with junks of cause) in official forum and sell them afterwards or you can just borrow it from friends / guildmates seems that the whole alter thing is completely man-made oh, and btw, are there any "official world" for the new mini game?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Glouphrie is a Gnome and his only tie in with the Elven Storyline is that his City is poisoning Isafdar gnome lives beside baxtorian falls, so... perfectly normal they got in touch with those baxtorian elves when they were still around anyway, it is oaknock that get in touch with ilfeen to make his saw... glouphrie seems to be just sitting around with his evil pets...

It was because the mod/jagex staff who was responsible for MEPs quited.. But fear not, i think now jagex has assigned a new guy for the job, as we got catapult construction in Feburary this year. Anyway, i dont think there has anything to do with the elves now, as the betrayal at Prifddinas happens at 1930 (now = 20XX?) Thats around the end of the third age, after god wars and all those stuff have ended... That part of elven history can be find at in a book at your house after MEP1, i think.

New and improved shop looting i guess... 70 exp with dump guards, waiting time is not long if there is only you in the room, no bad actually. Even more great if you are collecting gems. But just want to ask, is this better or the good old pyrimid plunder?

there are a few rules in ge, such as raw > end product, ge price > shop price... there comes the junk the ge price only auto adjust, if only when a trade happens in ge but not in middle price. but, the fact is no one is willing to make such great lost to sell/buy a undervalue/overvalue product, so... down for price ceiling/floor :evil:

the names of the files are real world references, 24 jokes from a to z (eg: the z files = x files) the file you got from the quest is a junk item, just like the ink pad and the hand you got. but you can try and run around with a ring of visibility equipped. maybe you can find something, just maybe. anyway, given that you cannot get those files back after the quest, the chance of finding something interesting happening is... the file cabinets are quite good thieving exp, thats it, if you hate pyramid plunder. 70exp per, the customs dont catch you often, seems to be a better deal than knight pickpocketing. you get quite alot of gems and iron/gold bar as well.

It may be worthwhile to have ring of chaos at all time. It can reduce all charter ship cost while getting the private marks and it also works with the dragontooth island one too. Just keep the total weight below 27kg, then that would be fine.

autoers / gold farmers reprogram their macros / instructions... now you can see them walking into the grand exchange once for a while... an explanation used in another thread of why stuff go down in price after the grand exchange

that is just where the domain name is registered in, not necessary an indication of where the actual hosting server is located... whois information may be a bit more helpful to find where it is based. of cause, it could be routed, but that doesnt make sense.

as long as where the server sits, the local law applies... but that doesnt help, jagex can still ban you or whatever if they are really pissed off
