how many body parts are there? edit: got them all anyway, they are hand (given), left arm, right arm, torso, right leg, left leg, feet not sure monkeys and wasps drop them or not, but frog, spider, worker and soldier ants all drop them...

that place seems to be the correct place where he appears during regicide... i guess someone is doing regicide and he messed up the talking... you can see an elve in ardougne as well at the castle gate when someone is finishing regicide i could be that jagex dont know who to make cut screens by the time when they are making regicide

lobs are only 2 times as cheap as sharks by selling price per exp (after lv94) but anyway... that wont really make a huge difference between lobs and shark, if you are buying raw selling cooked...

i have redo the mini quest to get the names right... but correct me if i am wrong, i did it all by memory the ghosty robe mini quest started by veldez (armadyl) who have the staff somehow and get stole by a thief called rennard (zammy) and take it to kharrim (zammy) a messenger. the messenger take it to lennissa who is a double agent of both zammy and armadyl... the double agent took it to dhalak (sara) who make some spell so zammy can use it to get rid of zaros for good i forgot what viggora was up to... for what i remembered, i think his purpose is to mention that zaro give them the curse to be ghosts forever
