(that is the standard package for double nature running... and you can always use protect from melee, when you really screwed up) i would also like to say that, for melee, bring helm of neitiznot / warrior, fighter torso, rune boot, best rfd gloves, best cape you have there for range, karils do nothing at all, bring archers helm, black d hide, snake skin boots, best rfd gloves, ava's accumlator (important) also, while you are in lumbridge, harvest a lot of raw chicken in your bank, so you dont have to run back

you need to have a workshop with a work brench given that you have the planks, you can use the "work at" function of the brench to make flat pack items without going into building mode

I don't think you would need proof...couldn't JaGex just track the IP's and realize that they're from the same place? oh no, the big bad rule 8 again... well, they do that before and they screwed up pretty badly... they dont do that now... (or at least we think/hope) but they do track down uids... anyway, back to the topic, yes, you can report him, but the chance of getting your revenge done is very very thin... first of all, you have to talk or interact to those account, before you can even send in the report. next, unless you are a pmod, your report would very unlikely to get in to jagex hands... thirdly, the evidence is not easy to gather that he is mutiple logging in, unless he use the same computer to login... and lastly, if all get thorugh, he will most likely get some black marks, thats it, not very likely for a ban
