When it is repaired it doesnt say: "Guthan's Spear 100" It instead says "Guthan's Spear" If the graphic of the item looks fixed then it is fixed and she should be abe to trade it.

Did you talk to him in lvl 5 wilderness by the river east of edgeville? If he isn't there then he is in the chapel in Varrock

I'd use fire bolts...Kamil will own your magic level so hard and you don't want to pop a potion every 2 seconds.

2 fires @ 15 ea < 1 rune ess @ 35ea You won't break even until you hit lvl 70 for 3x fires. At which point you would need some really really cheap dueling rings.
