If you don't mind losing cash it will go rather quickly. If you play just like a few hours every day you can easily reach it within one week. Good luck with RC.

Those hats falls quite a lot and you will rather quickly lose rather many Ms on it. But they sure are beautiful items. I however recommend you to spend that massive amount of cash on skills instead.

This is something I believe only you can decide. When you feel that F2P has nothing more fun to offer you and you have cmpleted all free quests and diaries, and got high levels in most F2P skills, then it's time to go P2P.

Troacctid pretty much answered your question here, but I just wanted to add that even though the new randoms are much safer, you should still watch-out. You might not need that ring of life anymore, but be on your guard, because you can always be teleported away.

You can't use cannons in the GWD.

I would go with the abyss.

It is possible to earn quite a lot from it, but don't except it to work amazingly good every time. Good luck.

And as I have already said, that is to much work for to little reward for me. And fletching is quite boring as well. I will probably get 99 fletching, but not for a long while yet.
