The first and last pictures are the most interesting ones. Myself I think that the first picture is a part of a new quest, and the last one is different versions of day/night scenes. I don't know what house it is, but I think it is in Lumbridge perhaps...? It will be awesome if Jagex really adds a night part of RS to the game :D

Except all the talismans you need a rc staff. It can be bought for 10000 runecrafting tokens from Wizard Elrissa. Then, when you have showed all the talismans for Elrissa and got the omni, speak to Wizard Korvak. He will put your omni talisman and your staff together. I did just reach quite an important mark on my way to 85 rc btw:

Thank you. I'm getting 85 because I want rc to be one of my highest skills, but at the same time I want almost all my other skills to be at the same level. I'm trying to get all my skills to 70 or more, and that's why most of them lies around 70. But the skills in the right column are still all beneath 70, except woodcutting. Those skills I want to train more before I start going for my first 99 which I plan making runecrafting 99.

That's a lot of fishing xp :o . I wonder how many fishes you have killed...? :( BTW, nice 67 rc :D I'm rcing deaths as well atm. Check my blog if you want to.

Good luck with your goals. 99 HP won't be to hard, when you already have that high combat skills. Hope you get many good drops as well :)
