These articles, all of them, takes up some very good points. I like that they point out that there is way to much focus on the rewards and that a quest doesn't need to be bad just because the reward isn't that great. I also agree much with that Jagex needs to work more on their unfinished storylines. The first question when a new quest is released is very often "What is the reward?". Depending on the answer players either lose interest or decide to start it. If the reward is good the player will work hard to complete it, often not caring about what he or she really does and just focusing on them self getting the reward. This leads to that the player misses a lot of the fun within the quest. Which is very sad since RS is actually about having just that. I have myself focused on rewards to much. I will admit that. I don't always play for fun either since I'm a bit addicted to the game. However I try to change and I think that I have become much better at this. Jagex also got something to work on when it comes to quests. As I said before many quest storylines are unfinished. I think that Jagex should work harder on finishing these quest series, perhaps releasing new parts to these quest storylines two out of three times they release a quest. Because quests are a big part of this game and all these unfinished quest storylines isn't good for the game. We, both Jagex and we players, should work harder to take good care of the quests within the game. For all our own best.

1285 monsters. You're crazy. Even if you got help. AWESOME WORK! My greatest achievement in RS is probably to have come as far as I have within it. When I started it I never really thought that I would reach this far. Max level 100 cb. And now I'm 105 and have over 1600 total... I'm proud of that I haven't given up on my goals yet and that I still play this awesome game.

The reward is awesome. I should perhaps try making my first RS video...

It's great that some people can get this lucky. However I get quite a bit jealous at them at some times :P

Combat is of course the easiest skill to show off. If I get level 138 in combat everyone will see it just by hovering with there pointer over my character. I don't need to wear any skill cape for them to see that I have done all this progress. But just because of this combat isn't the best way to go. The best way to go in my opinion is to train all of your skills as much as possible. Because if you do that people who check you up will see that you have reached as long as you have into the game. Those who don't check you up and just checks your combat will however see that you have come as logn as you have as well, as you train those skills as well.

I agree with you. If Jagex added these bonuses to the game more people would strive towards them. And they would also feel better once they reached those levels since they would be better and more appropriately rewarded.

English. I sometimes play on French worlds though since I speak that language a little.

I would say that the biggest problems are those created by the players themselves in the game. There're however a few other smaller problems within the game that I would like to point out. My list would be: 1. All these unnecessary rants; Most things by Jagex are completely wrong and just stupid. The same people rants them for what they do over and over again. 2. The scamming. 3. The many conflicts and arguments that is started over things like a minute period of a Cw game and leads to so much anger and irritation. It's just a game for *cabbage* sake! 4. To few quests, and to few really challenging ones. 5. The graphics is still much worse than many other online games.

A good update :). Those aquanites looks awesome and the new scimitars and my new whip looks much more dangerous than the old ones. Just as it should be!

Great to see that Jagex are doing this again. I have got a few questions about rcing and merchanting which I will ask. I guess that the most of the questions will be about pking this time as well :P

Magic isn't doomed just because Jagex releases a ranging amulet. Magic already had an amulet, now it was just fair that ranging got one.

I think that Jagex have done right when they did these changes. PvP should be PvP. Myself I'm no Pker, just because of the big risks if you lose. Those who go for PvP though, I think those should risk their wealth since it is all a part of it, not just using tricks to earn money. If that's what they want to do, why don't they quit PvPing and start merchanting or skilling instead?

I think they should. F2Pers often have to work more to get level 99 in skills than members have, so when they reach 99 I think that they deserve to be able to show off a bit.
