this,,,,,this too ruins him.....i admire the achievement but hes not even a contender in my eyes 200m farming takes under 1.5 years, he has way more than that ahead of him if he ever intends to max out. Not really a huge issue.

if he was smart hed have used that zeal on 8m slay xp Using zeal on slayer is pretty terrible. I don't think he's trying to max everything, he seemingly doesn't care about slayer (at the moment at least). Anyhow, look forward to him breaking plenty of records (wonder what the new monthly will be if he starts herb right after summon).

Try both abyssing deaths and graahking. No matter what the accepted rates are, your own rates will be the deciding factor. If you're looking for the best method that provides both exp and cash, deaths > nats at your level, as they offer significantly more money, while the exp difference (if any) will be marginal. Once you hit 82, do astrals if you've done the lunar quests. Pick up nats at 91, then transition to deaths again at 95-97.

Like I said, both runes give different amounts of exp. Comparing the speed of the 'trips' makes no sense, it's not a good way to determine anything, exp or gp per hour. Nats are rarely better money than deaths. They're inferior at 65 to 80ish, at which point astrals become a very good option. They're also worse in the high 90's (at least at 99, I've heard 95+), where the death multiplier really shines.

I'm thinking he means time per trip, speed wise. As in starting from the first bank at the start of the run - to the bank at the end of the run. Why would he ask such a thing? It's irrelevant, both runes give different amounts of exp. I'd assume he's talking about exp.

What does 'fastest' mean? Abyssing deaths is fairly similar exp to graahking, depending on the amount of fails you get, it can go either way. It's generally more cash though. If you're not going to zmi, I would abyss deaths til 82~.

ZMI is already slightly profitable at his level, unless rune prices have absolutely tanked . Also, terrorbirds suck. Use a parasite/lurker, buy a ton of fires for the zmi banker, take the short path to the altar with a prot pray on. The casting animation/cd at zmi takes less time than other altars, so remember to craft faster. If you're having trouble getting enough laws/astrals at your level for the zmi tele, just carry a stack, or use a decent jewelery port if you prefer that. Mouskeys are very helpful. If you're looking for good cash instead of exp, abyss deaths til 82, then astrals.

How does Zarfot train slayer? According to runetracker het got the following xp yesterday: Attack +127k Defence +267k Strength +451k Constitution +371k Ranged +691k Magic +2k Slayer +1m Assuming he did tasks, the combat xp he got is right and his range xp is from cannoning, he would have gained only 681k/2+371k*(3/4) = 619k xp. Tasks are faster than SW right? Looking at his adventurers log I'd say he also used a ****load of effigies.

fastest hunter xp is?
Red sally's would be the fastest at your level, around 105k/hour, with a 5k~margin either way, depending on how good you are, and how concentrated. Assuming an arctic bear. Butterflies would overtake sally's at a certain level, but no clue what that level is. I know black warlocks are usually considered the highest hunter exp in the game.

Drumgun's training summoning again, be interesting to see how far he takes it. He has charms from 200m mage at rock lobs, and presumably tons more from melee. I'm assuming his low strength gains for the past month or so (despite still keeping up his usual 16 hour days) were due to him killing waterfiends. He might have enough for 200m summ.

Where's the best place to cannon a bloodveld task?
Yeah, mutated bloodveld are amazing exp. I usually summon an abyssal parasite temporarily to avoid prayer drain, and hop into the abyss blood portal. Exiting back out through the portal will put you extremely close to the bloodveld.

EFFIGY ASSIST IS NO GOOD ATM
For 3-4 skills. However increasing it too much (100k+) is not a great idea. If I could have assisted everyone that asked me to I'd have near 850k RC exp since the update for doing near nothing, the equivalent of a little over 15 hours of work at ZMI. Completely removing limits is also a terrible idea. I could easily see some players garnering support en masse for people to only bring effigies to them, not to mention all the other problems with infinite assists that existed before effigies. I don't see how your reply was related at all to what I said. The possibility of a 30k assist, but for more than one skill. I wasn't replying to your post, just quoting it.

quick question on skillcapes while in f2p
Some people think they look better, but mainly as a status symbol. I really wish I kept my RC cape untrimmed. Well the trim makes them look way better and skillcapes are just one of several status symbols. Leaving it untrimmed hardly contributes to status. Not trying to start an argument with anyone but it's just my opinion and most likely the majority's. I doubt it, especially concerning things like untrimmed slayer/summoning capes. Those are certainly impressive.

Behind the Scenes - July
I like the sound of the treasure trail update, I always do level 3 clues despite them not really being worth it. I rather enjoy them, they usually around 15~ minutes. The resource dungeon thing sounds interesting, but I'll have to wait and see how the specifics are handled. I really wish there was more instanced content, with timers or something. As for the rings, I'm glad they decided to limit them to Daemonheim (at least that's what I gathered from the wording of the update).

Spiritual Mages
In addition to the normal pots you would benefit from bringing 2 dose super energies and super restores. Use the super energy when you climb down the rope, and the restore after you've crossed the ice bridge. As previously mentioned I'd use a zammy robe bottom, stole and unholy book are outclassed by fury and defender respectively. Praying turmoil I've never had to bring more than 10 p-pots, and 2 super attacks/strengths. I'd assume piety to be better, but I've never bothered checking.
