All of the above, they balance out the forms of updates very well, IMO.

Exactly, that's the only REALLY bad update from Jagex I can think of :-k ... I think it's 'cause if there's one good update, everyone wants the next update to be just as good, if not better. They gotta understand that there will major updates, just as well as minor ones.

Wow, this isn't even an argument. Scamming is against the rules because it's tricking someone into doing something harmful to them (mostly financially) for a personal gain, or entertainment. It's cheating, that's why it's against the rules...
