I don't think they have a set amount of drops per server per hour or anything to that effect, because they'd know exactly how much inflation is occurring as far as monster drops goes, and with all things that they have added for deflation, that doesn't seem logical.

I'm sorry, you say that you're not going to do drugs just to be cool because you know it's wrong, and not what you want. And yet you're basing what is right and wrong by your own religion. You're comparing premarital sex to rape and murder merely because it's wrong in your religion. If people insult you for not doing something because your "morals" are better than that, why do you get to say that someone who follows a different Religion is sinning because they're not following the rules of your religion?

No ones denying that it's rare.. I was just proving the absurdity of "There is no way you will get a chain without like 500 kills".
