Luxembourg is very awesome IMO... I want to live there... It has the highest average GPA in the world, a pretty small population, nice climate, and it's in Europe (which has awesome foods, mountains, etc.). I suggest eating "borscht" (bo(as in boy)rshh(t at end in some countries)) (Russian and Eastern European kind of soup... it's good...) and "gulach" (goo-lashh) (Hungarian I think... the word has different meanings in different regions (gulach is a kind of soup, stew and/or that kind of food that's made of about 10-20% sauce (not a soup yet) (I don't even know what stew is...)). Since Luxembourg is a rich country, you can probably find those there... I think people there mostly know a little bit of English (official languages are French, German, and a mix of those two).

One will get much more xp/do more damage (around 10% more xp per hour) using a weapon with a max hit of 40 and a random accuracy than a weapon with a max hit of 35 and the same accuracy... In my opinion, if one uses stat-boosting equipment like furies and berseker helms, the anchor is better. If one only uses the weapons, they're about even... It can also be used in pking/dueling with food (trick them by wielding a weapon with a smaller max hit like dragon long, then when their hits are low, take out anchor... works best if you're wasting food/losing the battle in the wildy, since once they see that you have an anchor/get hit hard they'll attempt to run...)

Lol... Everyone's complaining about how bookmarks and worldswitchers don't work anymore... It's called notepad... Better than any worldswitcher or autoing program if you know how to use it... (if you want an autoer, you might also need to have pascal... at least I would)

First 1k, I was killing men by Falador bridge... It was pretty empty (only around 3 people there...) back when I started playing. Someone gave me an addy long I think... My first 100k was about 1.5 years after that. I started mining coal and not wasting the money.

+1 People would actually have to think/learn in order to level up this skill unless they're really rich. The economy would also become way better (rares won't stop growing fast once they hit 500mil, raws and runes would fall (autoers would sell raws at very low prices, upper class will get richer, lower class won't be able to make money out of raws and would want runes, upper class won't sell runes cheap, autoers will craft runes and then sell them to lower class, it would take someone who just started a very long time to get into the upper class...).

Are you asking if you can teleother people in the wildy, or if the person you want to tele can choose whetever to be teled or not?

Well, a long time ago when I still played RS I was bored... So I log on on one of my many pures and start being random: Me: *follows random level 24-27 guy* Hello kitty. Why did you run away kitty., etc. He was smithing; after a while he starts telling me to stop, then he starts cussing at me. He then switches worlds twice and I follow him. Then he takes me to Zammy mages wildy. Right when he's about to attack me in level 10 or so wild, a clan of level 30's logs in and quickly KO's him... I think he had his best stuff with him too... Then, I start following the person who got the kill, the clan gets annoyed and goes to level 20 wild to kill me, and a clan of 40's, mostly rune scimmy meleers attacks them. They were just about to attack me, so they weren't ready for anything like this... Most of them get KO'd... Then I quietly follow the 40's, who go to the Bandits Camp... I'm almost dead, then I see a clan of 40's mages on the other side of the lava killing the meleers from long range. It was fun...
