Violence is not the answer... You can probably make the 9th's stop making fun of/bullying the 8th around you or your friends by confronting them, but they would then bully/make fun of the 8th even worse when no one's around. You can't do anything about the 12th. If you tell him your opinion he'd get really mad at you, deny it, and/or use stupid self-contradicting arguments to prove himself "right." I don't know anything about the Australian school system, but going to a different school can't be that bad (except that public schools have a lot more stupid people that private schools.)
  2. To prove the Bible wrong? You shouldn't try to prove things wrong, you should seek the truth. Your last sentence makes no sense. The easiest way to seek the truth is to prove things wrong. Actually according to my world view the truth = Jesus as he says: "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me." Thus (implied) the easiest way to seek the truth is to seek Jesus and you will not find him in the tomb. How do you know that the Bible is the truth? If it is, how do you know that Jesus is saying the truth? And even if Jesus did say that, how do you know that the part of the Bible talking about the resurrection, etc. is true? Jesus may have been in that tomb...
  3. Eh? I'm guessing you are opposing this because of religion/morals. what's the point in life if every1 is a super person and people can pick and choose what they look like and what traits they have? What's the point in life right now? Umm... I really don't think it's that bad... What if everyone becomes the same, which they probably won't anyway...
  4. Can someone please tell me what that equation is? The "poisonous gas" is probably chlorine, so the best I could do is (my school doesn't do much chemistry or physics until 10th and 11th (I'm in 9.7th)): 2HCl + C6H12O6 -> Cl2 + 4H2O + 6CH + O2
  5. I hope any young people that read the article don't start developing "ideas"... Do you know how many banks and rich companies have their HQ's and money in Liechtenstein? Imagine all the money you'd get... All you have to do is buy some land somewhere, declare your land an independent country, conquer Liechtenstein before the country you bought the land from conquers/trade embargos you, bribe the UN with the money you got so you don't get sued in international court, and live in Liechtenstein the rest of your life... The weather's really nice there... Oh and I thought the same thing as Ash.
  6. Beanonator asked if Alpha Proxima, which is in Alpha Centauri, was right... I could spell allegiance when I was a first grader. Anyway, sorry if you got offended... Losers often amuse me... (Not all of you are losers anyway).

My depression... I mean what if I hadn't gotten depressed? I would have worked so much more, known way less random useless facts, been much worse at random useless games, gotten 99%'s instead of 90%'s, lived not thinking about how random, useless, and stupid life is, etc...
  8. AHH! Half or more of the people who posted here are so stupid!!! A millennium is not 200! 10 people posted that the Sun is the answer to the star question and people still ask if Alpha Centauri is right! Who can't freaking spell allegiance?? Next time you try to act dumb, please use the "hide" tags...

Action - I ate breakfast Reaction - My body digested the food, turned it into sugar and other chemicals, burned or stored it for energy, and didn't release more stomach acids because it knew I had finished eating and because I had enough energy.

    1. Go to wikipedia 2. Click random article twice 3. Combine the two names... 4. Write it backwards 5. Replace some consonants with other consonants... I got revochscim...
  12. I miss Starcraft... That game is so awesome... But now it's stuck on a computer without a floppy, CD, or internet connection... And its hard drive is really old...
  13. What he said... Using these expressions reduces the time spent reading and writing, so they're actually useful... And my english teacher uses W/E (she barely knows anything about computers; she would count off about 5% if someone used W/E in his/her paper).
  14. i wish you could meet my friend who goes by the name typpo... becase he could make a program like that in probably under a week of slackingly programming. A week? Do you know how easy it is to auto at a metal dragon? I could probably do it in an hour or less... (Iron and steel are easier than bronze I think... but if you do bronze and use the slower method, it's still only about 3 secs per drag slower...)
  15. This thread proves that the average TIF user is a lot less intelligent than me...

  20. The cask of amontillado by Edgar Allan Poe. Quite right. And when you examine him, doesn't it say something like, "Looks like he could use some amontillado"? I haven't examined him in a while acctually :P , but I'm pretty sure it was something like that... Yes it says "looks like he could do with a sip of amontillado." I think that they are spelling it wrong though i though it was amontiado i just studied it in english and i could swear that how my teacher had pronounced it. I dunno maybe i was just tired from lack of sleep lol. -.- It's Spanish!!! I don't know any Spanish and I still know that because of the two l's in amontillado, some people pronounce it amontieado! Learn to spell! It's not a book! He doesn't say "nice bottle of wine"! I'm going to kill someone... Why are all the idiots still alive?

You are just a worthless subject of media representation. Islamic people don't blow people up, tiny fractions do. Which is exactly the same for christianity where tiny fractions kill people in the name of their religion. Perhaps they don't crash planes into buildings but throughout history christians have murdered thousands upon thousands of people. Get your facts straight before attempting to sweepingly insult a religion when your religions guilty of the same atrocites. True, I agree that Christians killed thousands upon religion but that was hundreds of years ago. Lots of Christians believed that back then, anybody who rejects their religion or will not become a Christian would be killed or imprisoned. Look at what the Spanish did to Montezuma when he thought his Aztec gods was like God. ...(lots of random useless facts) There's still many Christians today that terrorize, beat, vandalize, and kill non-Christians. You just don't hear about it as often because Bush is trying to get more troops in the Middle East, and it would make the USA sound bad.
  22. 1. D 2. B 3. C 4. D 5. E 6. C 3 points... But your test is definitely messed up. Just because someone plays/doesn't play RS doesn't mean the don't/do go to public events.

Well, I'm not really Christian, but I got bored at church one time and read almost the whole bible... (It's about as boring as listening to preachers/pastors stating the obvious and telling people things that they can easily figure out by themselves). Yes, the flood supposedly did cover the whole earth. And yes it was supernatural. But what might've actually happened is this: Not too long after humans started communicating verbally or through pictures, a big human encampment was flooded. A few humans there had boats, so they put as many domesticated animals and humans as they could on those few boats. Either the village and its surrounding area was covered by water for a few days, or one or more boats got pulled by the currents towards an ocean/sea (therefore, this might've happened in the Nile or Yangtze delta, or, if the current thought that mount Ararat is really where the ark stopped, maybe even Turkey or East Africa (the Nile would still work, but this would mean that most of the animals were eaten)). This story was then retold every generation, of course with slight exaggerations. These humans then conquered all the other groups of humans in their vicinity, and therefore the story spread. Afterwards, the story-believers traded and colonized. That's why a lot of cultures have different versions of this story.
  24. spolier... What is missing...FROM THE HAND? I think you should put that spoiler in size 1 or 2 text... It makes the answer really obvious. Some people who haven't done it yet might want to think about it... (... my spoiler should be "smallified" too now that I think of it...) (oh an ortiz, you should change the quoted spoiler too...) Now, can someone plz give me a hint for level 9.2 (after both pictures are obtained...)
