  1. We also don't have one for ironman discussions and I don't see the need for that either ;) So far there have only been a handful of topics about darkscape.
  2. ^Seems like we normally let our pets starve to death before feeding them ;)
  3. Revamping mage training arena? Maybe I should wait before continuing with my goal of getting infinity robes on my ironman account...
  4. It is a rare drop dropped by many monsters, though the page you mentioned is automatically updated with the drop tables of the monsters in the bestiary of tip.it. So the fact that only black demon is listed is not because of a fault on that page but because it is not concluded it the drop tables of the other monsters on tip.it
  5. Don't worry, they now rebalanced like 1% of the quest monsters needing rebalancing ;) Though still, better late then never.
  6. Thanks for that statement of the blatantly obvious. I was clearly using 126 as an [example]. M'brainusage The point is, that it doesn't need to be removed. For example make the cap level 200 and probably no-one will every reach it. Oh someone will reach it eventually. lol. But I see what you're saying. level 200 all, for example, would take years to accomplish. Jagex would need to change their ways of gaining xp for that amount to be possible (see the comment by arceus :P ). And even if 200 would be possible, you could add 100 levels to it and it would take a few hundred years more ;)

  8. That would actually be pretty funny, blindside everyone and make it a real race . Nah, more like who can get the most cooking/thieving/fletching XP (and other easy skills) ;)
  9. So now would be the great time to release all the xp caps :3 (and anger a lot of people at the same time ;) )
  10. Patch notes are out as well (though they don't link to it). I find it strange that ironmen cannot participate in some of these event, but can in similar events (christmas raffle for example). Though I don't care that much as now I don't feel the need to log in every day and do this :3
  11. Why would it not be possible to have two grandmasters follow each other? :P
  12. I don't find that a political statement, it is more like acknowledging that transgenders do exists, but I can see where you are coming from with all this recent news. Though we did have a political statement in the past, it was that Dwarf quest about energy supplies (green energy being better). Not that I mind or care about political statements, just saying that we had a real one a few years ago :P
  13. But they fixed it a week after it launched originally... The gauntlets were FoG rewards and were obtainable in f2p. Last week with the FoG update they moved them off FoG onto monster drops. Mid-last week they mentioned in the stream they recongised they'd messed up by putting the f2p gauntlets on p2p only mobs and they'd put them on some f2p drop tables. This week they are added to f2p drop tables. No stop it my rhetoric nooooo The quest release batch must have had a LOT of other patch content that they could not release without pushing out the quest as well. This must've been all the stuff they could do on the fly. Interesting how this has worked out. On the RSOF mods were talking about 25 patch notes that could not make it in this update or something like that.
  14. The whole reason they added them to f2p mob drop tables was because they made a mistake in adding the f2p gauntlets to p2p only monsters and got called out on it. I doubt it was a mistake though :P But it is nice they listen to all the complains anyway.
  15. I wonder why they didn't just post the patch notes in the update, it is not like is a long list... :P
  16. I wouldn't say that ironman is build for only that reason, more for the reason of having a (official) DIY account, instead of making your own rules. The reason you said falls under the reason I just said, but makes it broader. @TS This reason doesn't seem to change the fact that ironman in f2p is just not really something you should want to do (imo). You cannot make nat runes for example. But it has always been this way, DIY in f2p has always been "broken", an official DIY way of playing the game doesn't make it a new problem, rather an old problem, which is not being able to be make your own stuff in f2p. This "problem" has always been a non-problem to jagex, the reason being that if you want to do that you can become members. Jagex would need to rebalance a large piece of f2p to be able to make DIY in f2p probable. Which is something that we all know won't happen, and to take your example, fletching for f2p has been suggested for as long as I have known, they might change their mind about the skill being p2p only, but I wouldn't count on it. Also, isn't there a shop in varrock as well that sells arrows? (may be incorrect, as I haven't been f2p since yeas ;) ) What I would suggest to you is to make an unofficial DIY account and buy stuff that is not possible or not feasible for f2p to get from the GE (so be as much DIY as possible, to keep it fun), or become member if you really want to enjoy DIY.
  17. ^if you don't want to bump a topic but want to answer someone you can also PM the person by going to their profile and click on "send me a message" ;)
  18. 3. Because of two things, firstly hindsight: you know all the feedback and have more information, which influences you when you look back at your previous suggestions. So with your new knowledge it is hard to see why you couldn't back then see things the way you see things now. But without that knowledge you have now, you might just do the same and later on think that your now new and later old suggestions look bad as well. The thing with suggestions is, don't worry to much about them being bad, they are suggestions, things to think about to add to the game, there are no clear guidelines for suggestions, so you could suggest anything you like, doesn't make it good though, but good is mostly something most people agree on, and thus highly subjective. Secondly: you are getting older, probably wiser and look back to a younger you, everyone will have moments were he thinks, why did I do all this stuff, if I look back to old forum posts of myself I might think that as well ;) learn from it and then let it go. 4. The problem for others here is that they don't see the need for you to acknowledge your awfull ideas like this. Most people will acknowledge them in their head, and do not understand that that does not work for you. No one is to blame, it is just a matter of perspective. The forum rules about necroing are kind of up to interpretation, as they say you should not bump old topics unless you are contributing to the topic. In my opinion you are certainly contrubating to them, as you are the topic starter and give your final views on them. But I can imagine that lots of people find it very irritating to see a lot of old suggestions getting bumped for (in their view) no reason. My opinion is, if you need to do that to give yourself acknowledgement and get your head calm, then do it, unless you get asked to do otherwise, or it goes against other rules.
  19. And even the wiki is struggling to keep everything up to date, for example there are so many combat levels wrong on so many pages. But Tip.it has nice calcs, and does list a drop-table for each specific creature (and not just cluster all skeletons for example), has a better overview for lots of guides and lots of other stuff ;) To sum up, there is just to much work to be done and not enough volunteers for even a wiki to be up to date.
  20. There are not even enough people volunteering to keep RS3 up to date, so OSRS is probably never going to happen, I am sorry.
  21. I've already started completing a few of the tasks... Some I'll save until I max probably :/ I'm displeased with some of the reqs, but so be it. I can't remember if I asked, will this cape eventually be required for trim or something? The plan is to not have this needed for trim or comp, like the other Mastery Capes And on a scale of actually not happening to Jagex going against their word in the future, what's the likleyhood of it being added to comp/trim Don't worry, the cape will not be needed, but every req for the cape will be ;) problem solved.
  22. ^No, I would classify firemaking as hot
  23. I know you can buy bonds for coins in RS3, not entirely sure for oldschool, but I would like to think it has the same principles.
  24. "Please note that Fist of Guthix is not available to Ironman accounts." I wish they would change this (for all minigames)... it is not like minigame rewards are overpowered, just make it so that you can only get specific minigame rewards, not the XP rewards and such... edit: Seems like there is a graphical update to myreque that is not mentioned in this post but in a tweet and the forums? I wonder why... http://[Use Quick Find Code]/[Please Use QuickFind Code]?15,16,414,65663744 and https://twitter.com/Jagexdamo/status/630661200678899712
