I don't get why there is such a fuss about this. Darkdude asks a question which seems reasonable to me. Then he gets told by Y_Guy the same thing over and over again (we already know your point, there is no need to say it that many times, two times would already been good to make your point). Then some people are going to argue about the people asking the question that they shouldn't do it and be glad with the answer they have gotten. Sorry but I don't get that... Just let the people reply who know the real answer instead of all mods saying the same thing over and over again, they don't want to know that answer so why are you repeating it?

They also state they have great plans and have already done some big things. Also no-one else has seen the massive ban/rollback of bots in fishing and mining and some more skills (I got in multiple skills 300k+ ranks on just one day without gaining xp)

okay Do you guys have an idea wich evil basterds did this? Given they replaced the tip.it homepage with their "advert" and usual waffle about what they "found" on the servers its pretty clear who did it. No idea which people did it (maybe I just don't know them) were it the same guys as the ones that hacked runehq? Thanks for the people who have worked hard for the last few days!

I think they plan the updates to be released on tuesday but sometimes (often) you have bugs etc. and it gets pushed to wednesday.

Well I thought it was pretty obvious ;) Drumgun, Tezz, Suomi and Dark Lust doing prayer at the same time (all getting 170m+ xp), could only mean that the price is low.

Well, it just is not possible technically to create something like that, it is only possible to create such things at your own screen (like making a Jad appear in GE), but no-one else would see it. It just ain't possible. About the other glitches those are more normal ones, I have seen people removing heads etc. And the only thing I found remarkable was the infinity boots glitch, they would stick to the ground (and of cores still to your feet) when you were running (making some sort of elastic effect)

Doubt he will. He's gained less than 30M total xp this month, with the major gains in fast skills. I can see him being on the front page again only if a bunch more people quit and he keeps going at 30M/month. Indeed, he has lost 2 ranks the last month, don't think we will see him in front page unless some mass high players are reset/banned for botting or zezima decides to get real :)

windows xp is your problem. To OP as several people have said java has issues on mac atm; no client is gonna help that because they all perform the same basic task of running the java app tht is runescape. Just gotta wait for java update. Not sure if I misunderstand you but the runescape client for mac does use its own installed java (so not the computers java), the runescape client for mac has a few bugs where it crashes on some cases. Also I don't think apple is going to give us an update to support older versions of java. So in both cases it is up the jagex to fix it.

Actually osx snow leopard and earlier java is intergrated into the mac os and mac handles its updates etc. os x lion onwards it does not include java so you have to go and get normal java. Both snow leopard and lion still have some issues with java, snow leopard due to being dated lion due to java not ironing out all compatibility issues as of yet. The problem with java for lion is that they dropped support for older version of java and guess what is using an older version of java? Indeed runescape ;) There is no problem at all at getting java at lion as it downloads as soon as you open a java applet. I wish rs would update their java version, because my browser didn't crash and the client crashes often... I am just lucky it didn't crash yet when I was in danger lol

Nope, I saw the highscores myself, a week ago I was rank 1,9mil at fishing and now I am 1,6mil. That is why I went looking at runetracker. I meant with banning all kind of forms, so xp reduction was in it too ;) Still 300k fishing bots and I don't know how many magic bots... (I think around 300k too) You also apparently LOST 1.6M Magic ranks. That seems a bit odd. That is because jagex has updated their highscores so that when you are not in the highscore list your xp still is retrievable trough the same system. So I was not ranked in magic. Runetracker then thinks I have rank 0, so when you become ranked you suddenly lose 2M ranks. They should really fix that, it messes up the graphs as some go up and down to 2M and 0 lol.

What I do: Grab your trees. Teleport to the elven fruit tree, Teleport to Ardougne, take the boat to the tree patch. Run to the Calquat tree patch (may be quicker to teleport to the karamja house teleport and then run) Varrock teleport and run to the varrock patch. Home teleport to Lumbridge and run to the patch. Duel ring to mobilising armies, take the tree to gnome stronghold, run to the fruit tree and then to the normal tree patch. Then use an other duel ring or just run to the spirit tree again and go to gnome village and follow the gnome to reach the fruit tree patch. Teleport to Falador go to the normal tree patch. Then run to taverly (or use duel ring to cwars and use the balloon route to taverly) Teleport to camelot and run to the fruit tree patch. (may be quicker to use the shortcut between taverly and the tree patch) Keep in mind I do not have access to lunar teleports, those may be quicker.
