its the same as the other items, just kill the beasts in that area (workers drop them the most) i am 100% sure of it because when i tried to destroy it it says: can be obtained again from the monsters in ... area (i don't know how it was, but it meant that you just need to kill those bugs)

one tips and trick: use water runes on a water tiara to make an enchanted tiara, 3 water runes means the same as a water skin (1) (and it says 1 charge then) but lookout while using the water runes on your tiara it will take all your water runes in your invetory

then why add the arrows spot? arrows also don't have a bonus...
