i eat it for breakfast, so no. no idea what you were thinking when you posted that, it's used in very many quests. You also need it for quicker access to port phasmatys features.

Well, making getting a 99 easier, I see as a good thing, but some people consider it a downside because they like to powerlevel their fingers to the bone for 30 days. why else would you play runescape? if you like the number 99 so much, take a marker and draw a huge 99 on a piece of paper and stare at it for 5 hours. -
money draining means prices fall genious, and new source of items means the value of some items such as runes will fall.
