Well, making getting a 99 easier, I see as a good thing, but some people consider it a downside because they like to powerlevel their fingers to the bone for 30 days. why else would you play runescape? if you like the number 99 so much, take a marker and draw a huge 99 on a piece of paper and stare at it for 5 hours.

money draining means prices fall genious, and new source of items means the value of some items such as runes will fall.
